Decided to go with them based on the great reviews. They came out immediately to fix a clogged tub on Sunday. He got the clog and the tub drained, but the snake literally got stuck and broke. He left it and this is what it looked like. I got a few texts at 10:00 pm from the supervisor saying that he's waiting to hear back from the owner. Still nothing. It's been two days. I would not have posted this if I heard back from them...even an acknowledgment that they're working on it. Had to call another plumber who remedied the situation. I can't post without a star, so there's one.

The BEST experience with drain services I've ever had! Our bathtub was clogged and T Drain Services really came in and saved the day! Our unit is older and I was worried about any issues with it since we live in a building. T Drain Services not only fixed our issues, but educated us on what was going on in a way that I could really understand what was happening. Pipes are like arteries and these guys are doctors! They are both time and cost efficient and unlike other services where I've experienced being left in the dark and the problem reoccurs, I feel solid that everything looks and works great.
