These guys are the kings of good service. When my AC was not working and it was not easy to figure out, they came every day until they fixed it and did not blindside me with a crazy bill. Today it's very hot and my AC is working great and I am very happy to have them in my corner. The staff and the Techs and the owner all know what it takes to provide great service. I was referred to them by happy customers and I am glad to be one myself now.

I am really happy with the work Tim Daniel's team has been doing on my home. I converted from oil to gas this winter and chose T. Daniels as my contractor. I shopped around and got over 5 quotes. Not only did I find their quote to be very reasonable, but I found T. Daniels Team HVAC team to be smart, hard workings and detailed. Brian Ross and the rest of the team were great and completed the set up in about two days. If converting, expect some lead time given the line to placement and scheduling.

It's been a few days since the new furnace was installed and I'm not happy with the one they put in. It seems to be working fine but it's 3 to 4 times louder then the old one. You can even hear it outside the house.
Right after the guy got done installing it and turned it out he looks at me and says. You may notice it's a little louder. We have had some people complain about the noise. WHY would you continue to install something you have had complaints about the noise it makes??? At least tell me BEFORE you install it so I can decide what to do. Now I have to figure out a way to sound proof the basement furnace room. It literally wakes us up in the middle of the night because it's so loud.

We hired T Daniel for a conversion job, going from oil heat to gas. They had come recommended. Their pricing was competitive and fair, and the work they performed was flawless. Running the gas line was speedy and the gas hook up on the furnace got high praise from the inspector. Removing our above ground oil tank required cutting it in half and they did it with no mess. The furnace runs beautifully with the gas and we'll have them back when we hook up the stovetop. Thank you, T Daniel.

We have used T Daniel for the past 20 years but their level of service has gone downhill dramatically and I can no longer recommend them. Their office staff and technicians have treated me and my husband very rudely over the past 2 weeks in trying to get our air conditioner fixed. We paid $350 last week for a service call and maintenance on the unit that did not fix the problem and they won't stand behind their work. We are very disappointed in them and will be moving on to another heating/cooling company that understands the importance of customer service.

Oil boiler went and after researching a few local companies decided on this one to perform the job. Extremely glad I did as I received first rate service with great quality behind it. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the way they performed the installation. Took the time to lay it out professionally, neatly and did it right.

Wow! I just had a new oil fired furnace installed on Friday, by Tim and his team. They came on time and the installation could not have been better. I was a Quality Mgr. for over 30 years and the work they performed was of the highest quality and level of professionalism. Mike, the technician was very knowledgable did a great job explaining the operation of the furnace and cleanup was fantastic. The did my A/C two years ago and did a great job.

Where do I start? I asked for furnace cleaning and I pointed out that 2 radiators are dripping water from the steam vents. I put my trust in the ""professionals"". The one ""technician"" told me he didn't know anything about furnaces when I asked him questions, he kept going to the other ""technician"" to get the answer. Then he brings up the site glass and stands in front of my kitchen sink and proceeds to clean it with a dirty brush and fling dirty water all over the dishes in my sink and on my white cabinets. I politely told him that I would have moved the dishes from my sink if I had known that he was going to clean it in my sink. I was shampooing a small area rug which he could have easily stepped over, nooooo he walks right on it and leaves dirty footprints behind. I was stunned, but I said nothing. Then 20-25 minutes after arriving they are leaving and hit me with an over-inflated bill. The guy literally took 5 minutes to unscrew 2 steam vents and screwed on a replacement vent and that action cost $70. The part costs $9.95 from Lowes. And they cleaned my furnace in 20 minutes! I called the office and have been met with resistance. While the woman on the phone is courteous but on the verge of annoyance, she keeps procrastinating to resolve the issue. I could put a stop on my check, but I haven't. I am willing to pay for the call but I strongly feel that I did not get the service I paid for. They appear to disagree. Still waiting for a resolution.
