Amazing service. I called around 8:00 in the morning and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful she let me know someone would be at my house between 9:00am-1:00pm. Our tech got her at 9:50am and it only took him 10 minutes to get my toilet unclogged. He also informed that my toilet needed to be changed not because of the clog but because the jets on the toilet were weak and was causing a weak flush. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you T & C!!!

As a Realtor, my clients are constantly in need of vendors to do repairs before they sell. After working with and getting quotes from a slew of plumbers in years past, I've found Randy at T & C to be honest, highly competent with reasonable prices. Consistently, Randy has come through for me and my clients with the lowest estimate while delivering superb workmanship. On one occasion, my clients needed the water shut off valve to be moved from a common wall area where it didn't belong and back into the condo. Another company quoted is just north of $1,200 and would take two days. Randy did the job for $555 in 3 hours and it looks Great!! On another occasion, another company quoted my clients a bit north of $5,000 because their bathtub area was leaking down to the neighbor below. They said they would have to replace the bathtub. Randy took a look and said it wasn't the bathtub but just a pipe that was leaking. He did the job for $750. I highly recommend T & C Plumbing.

These guys are the best. Prompt service, very friendly and had my clogged drain cleared up within an hour in my vacation rental unit in Waikiki. Very appreciative of other small businesses that do honest work at reasonable prices. I'll call these guys anytime!

One star only because I couldn't give less. When I called the young girl on the phone acted like I was bothering her when I called to arrange work I needed to be done. She didn't have the plumber call me as I requested. I had them replace a sink faucet and shower control, overflow plate and drain. They didn't even clean the area around the overflow before replacing the old one and the the caulking around the shower control plate had two small voids along the top of the seal. I also noticed no plumber's putty around the drain and it appeared water was going around the drain instead of down it. When I sent an email to the owner, Randy, about the drain he didn't even respond. I just got two half sentences from the company, probably the young girl, one that he was going to check it. Then after that he checked it and that it was dirty around the overflow and that was AFTER a tile guy had repaired their shoddy work. Randy didn't even check the drain which is the reason I had written to him. Since it was a plumbing issue the tile guy said he couldn't repair it. Hana hou, we had another plumbing emergency and these guys came in right away to help. Our toilet experienced a crack at the bottom base. It ended up over flowing. Called T&C Plumbing and they came in the same day. They were fast, affordable and very fair. The worker even fixed the tile floor after installing our toilet. They paid attention to detail. Cleaned up the area and left it spotless.

Found Heater leaking on Saturday,spoke to Randy of T & C Plumbing that same day. Randy himself offered to come and repair heater right away, at least to stop it from leaking. He advised me that hot water would be off until Monday though, for thats when a new heater could be purchased and replaced. I asked if we could wait until Monday. I don't do cold water. He personally guaranteed that his company would follow up with me first thing Monday morning, which they did. Plumber Josh was at my place by 8:30. He accessed the heater situation, even checking all surrounding areas and piping / fittings thoroughly and efficiently.He replaced heater all by himself and he took his time making sure all things were working correctly, cleaning up after himself and doing a great job during replacement, not making a mess and/or damaging anything. Josh is very friendly and looks to be very handy and responsible. He does things with common sense, which now days is very hard to come by. I work with customers of all kind daily. Its so nice to be a customer who is so satisfied with the service I received from T & C Plumbing. Randy and Josh are great and know whats up.
