Can't speak on their service, but if they're gonna drive recklessly in a company vehicle then I wouldn't have much hope in them as a business. Speeding through residential areas without any blinkers and tailgating drivers. Almost rear ending my car with my 3 year old inside because your driver decided he wanted to speed up to cut through cars with no blinkers. You'd think in a company vehicle they would try and represent their business better by not driving so recklessly...

Side drain tub that was installed by another company was leaking due to negligence. The old tub enclosure was removed. Drain pipes and water lines were corrected and replaced. The plumbers prepared the work area perfectly for the masons to install the marble slab. The demo and prep done by the plumbers allowed a quick and headache free install of the slabs. Evan and his helper whom name I forgot to get, were extremely professional and courteous. I am usually weary of having strangers in my home, but they made me comfortable enough to take a nap. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was updated every step of the way. Although I didn't do anything I felt involved. I greatly appreciate the heads up call in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to trust these guys again.

Have worked with T&C Plumbing for many years and used them when we had our old apartment buildings. They always did good work. I just had them install 2 Kohler toilets in our condo residence and requested Evan to do the job since I'm familiar with how he works and his skill level. His skill level is excellent, btw, and he's very professional. I bought the toilets from Lowe's and told Evan I would take care of disposing of the old ones (I just scheduled a bulky item pick-up through Opala.org. T&C charges $50 or $60 each to dispose of your old toilet). One of the old toilets had to be cut out from grout with a grinder since there was ceramic tiling around the base. He did a thorough job in each bathroom, connected new supply lines, cleaned up the dust and debris, and made sure everything was secure and level. Total including tax came out to around $460. I thought that was reasonable considering the amount of work it took. He spent about 3.5 hrs to complete the job. I would say they are consistent with their quality and have fair pricing and that's why they're my go to plumbers. Fortunately, I'm familiar with their staff and usually just request Evan or Randy to do the job because I know they are experienced, competent and fast. The only drawback is sometimes you have to schedule weeks in advance because these 2 are in high demand.

We were put in touch with TC after buying our new water heater from Home Depot. I was a little skeptical at first since my previous experience with a Home Depot contractor (for installing carpet) wasn't very good. TC surprised me though. They immediately contacted me the next business day to schedule installation. The person I talked to was very professional and thorough. My hubby was happy with the installation service, saying their guys were professional as well. TC even gave me a follow up phone call to go over the services they provided and to make sure I knew how to get my water heater model number and warranty info in case I ever needed to provide that information. I would definitely recommend these guys for water heater installation or service. And I plan to use them in the future.

I live in a townhouse and my neighbor's water heater broke, so they had T & C change their water heater out. After changing it, the water pressure caused our water heater to explode. And then my neighbor called T & C again to assess the problem because some water had leaked to their apartment. Then T & C charged me the bill when I have never ever called them, nor had they done any work for me. This company just wants money. They are not in the best interests of their customers.

Needed our water heater replaced. Called them and they scheduled me for the next day. Service was excellent and water heater was replaced within an hour. Cliff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Used this company to move our water heater. It is nearly impossible to contact them. Every time I've called they do not answer and only a couple times they called back. They smoked cigarettes for most of the time they were here, which I didn't mind too much but I found it very rude that they left their cigarette butts around our yard for me to clean up. Also, they turned off our gas with no warning. We had to wait 3 hours for it to get it turned back on and we have to wait for them to come back to hook up the water heater to the gas, so no warm water in the mean time.

We just got a house, and hired T&C to do some work to install/fix bathroom fixtures prior to move in. T&C was very responsive. The guys that came out were very friendly, diligent, and thoughtful in how they approached the problems. They came on time and finished the work quickly. A couple of weeks later, water started gushing out from under the house. We thought it had something to do with the prior repairs so we called T&C. They came out the same day. It turned out that one of the old exposed pipes under the house had completely corroded through. It was completely unrelated to their prior work that was entirely inside the house. They quickly fixed it and installed a new pipe section. When I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to see I was only billed for a regular repair, and not an emergency one. I will definitely use them again in the future.

First off, I'm disappointed in the young plumber who came into my home and wasn't trying to listen to what I had to say. He just blew me off while I was trying to tell him the problem of my heater. He said ok the heater is working now and I was telling him the things I've tried and it would only be lukewarm water NOT hot water. He said it should work now. He was in my house about 10 minutes. I waited an hour before trying. The water was cold. I called back and Samantha gave me attitude on the phone. Then when I tried calling no answer after that. That was very unprofessional Samantha.
