In regards to T & C's response... How would you feel if someone randomly knocked on your door, told you that your unit MAY be leaking water into the unit below, and then left for the day without any confirmation of the leak or any way to contact the person making the notification?.. because thats what happened. Yes I was finally able to obtain the report the next business day... 3 days later, sense it was a Friday. The technician did not identify what company he worked for or gave a business card upon entering my home. The technician didn't definitively tell me that it was in fact my unit causing the problem. On his way out, he just asked if I was going to be home for a while, and then never returned. I would think that it would be in a plumbing company's best interest to get their clients plumbing problem fixed as fast as possible and notify the parties involved as soon as possible. Your technician couldn't be bothered to knock on my door or leave a note saying that my unit is leaking into your clients unit?

We have used T&C Plumbing for several jobs over the past 15 years. This time we had a drip leak with an outdoor faucet. Evan arrived and not only repaired the drip leak but changed out the faucet on both outdoor spikets. I will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs. Mahalo Evan...

My hot water heater stopped working on Thursday night. My property manager took the entire freaking day on Friday to approve repairs. Randy at T&C Plumbing arranged to come by on Saturday to make repairs. They initially thought the 7 year old water heater needed to be replaced but Randy quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the heater in 30 minutes. He also stayed around 30 minutes to make sure the water was heating up. He then just texted me (the next morning) to ask if the water heater is working properly, The guy is a real class act and incredibly easy to work with. He could have opted for the more expensive fix. But this guy is a hundred percent honest. Recommend you work with T&C Plumbing. I think Randy is one of the owners

My only complaint is their office hours. I had to change the appointment day. I called and got voicemail. I tried 2x in the hour before my lunch break was over, so I left a voicemail with my change request. I got a voicemail later in the day requesting a call back and when I called back office was already closed. And I feel they are a 9-5 sort of place, which is my work hours as well so I was stuck playing phone tag for a while. I did leave all my info in the voice message so it would've been nice for someone to have someone just call and leave a message saying ""Hey your request to change dates have been confirmed."" Versus making me call back and speak to a live person. Or have an email option to communicate. Other than that, Evan came out to fix the leak with an apprentice.. Or someone new, it sounded like he was training. Anyways, Evan called an hour prior to let me know they were on the way, they arrived after 9am appointment time but I'm cool with that, I live town and the address is Pearl City. I understand traffic sucks. Evan fixed the leak in an hour and so far no problems.

I live in a townhouse and my neighbor's water heater broke, so they had T & C change their water heater out. After changing it, the water pressure caused our water heater to explode. And then my neighbor called T & C again to assess the problem because some water had leaked to their apartment. Then T & C charged me the bill when I have never ever called them, nor had they done any work for me. This company just wants money. They are not in the best interests of their customers.

They will definitely have my business again! I live in a condo and both my toilet and tub water got backed up, no water was going down. I was told by a friend that T&C plumbing gave great service and was reasonably priced, so I gave them a call. The receptionist to the technician were so friendly and helpful. They came in less than an hour and fixed the issue. They will definitely be on speed dial if I ever need a plumber.

Can't speak on their service, but if they're gonna drive recklessly in a company vehicle then I wouldn't have much hope in them as a business. Speeding through residential areas without any blinkers and tailgating drivers. Almost rear ending my car with my 3 year old inside because your driver decided he wanted to speed up to cut through cars with no blinkers. You'd think in a company vehicle they would try and represent their business better by not driving so recklessly...
