Exceptional work! Troy provided a reasonable quote for changing out all copper pipes to PEX prompted by a slab leak with copper. The owner, Troy Bryd and all of his workers were organized, efficient, and meticulous. They left my home each day swept and clean. High quality work, experienced and very knowledgeable. Troy's company is a family-run business and each member gives 100%. I was impressed in the pride they take in their work. This was a large job that took a couple of weeks, that said I was completely comfortable and was able to put a lot of trust in Troy and his family....this goes a long way when work is being done over a longer period of time! I give Troy's company my highest recommendation!

thank you troy and your brother in law for coming over to my home to make sure someone with a progressive post polio disability is really listened to. believe me i was,what you wanted to do was the goal i also had in mind. you had a vision that the other corporation didnt want to go along with. when i do have the upper bathroom worked on you will be the first ones i call. you envisioned something for a client that no one had heard of previously,and came a long way to try and achieve that. no one looked at my water heater which is a commercial one,we were told here in whalen we can only have residential. what you did for the downstairs including your dreams for it and the heating devices was spot on. you were right,we needed 3 sacks of cement. thank you for putting up with me,only wish you were permanently hired.

My wife and I own a hair salon in Rancho Santa Margarita (Salon 74) and I was having intermittent issues with my tankless water heater. Troy was incredibly diligent in finding the problem. We have to have our water heater working during business hours, so he installed a loaner unit while he took my unit and repaired it. He was always very accommodating and willing to work around my salon hours to prevent any downtime and loss of revenue for my stylists and business. He went above and beyond to help me out. We had an issue with our toilet (kid throw a toy down the toilet) called T Byrd plumbing they came quickly and was able to get our toilet working again. They cleaned up after they were done. Excellent service and craftsmanship. On-time arrival and installed Kohler stainless steel undermount sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They removed the old sink with care as to not damage the existing granite counter. Awesome job overall! I would recommend them. High quality work.

We had plumbing issue with a bathtub leaking on the second floor. I was hoping it would be covered by our home warranty but the plumber the home warranty sent out said it was an improper installation. I needed a second opinion so I called T. Byrd Plumbing. When he came he showed me that it was actually a crack in the pipe. (I am now going to dispute the issue with the home warranty company since they lied to me) Troy Byrd from T. Byrd plumbing quoted me a very reasonable price and he even replaced the drywall and the texture on the ceiling, which could have cost me an additional couple hundred if I had called a different plumber! I will definitely use T. Byrd plumbing from now on. I highly recommend them, especially since they were willing to go above and beyond what other plumbers will do! 5 stars all the way!!!
