T & B plumbing is legit! It's always scary looking for a new plumber but due to excellent reviews on Nextdoor and Yelp I went ahead and gave T & B plumbing a shot. Not only was the price lower than other quotes but the quality of the work and responsiveness of Theodore was top notch. We will definitely be calling Theodore again for future projects. There was no upselling and Theodore even gave me other options to save money. If you're looking for a honest, reliable, and reasonably price plumber Theodore is your guy.

On a Saturday morning we decided we needed to get our old standard height toilets replaced with chair height units.
I found the toilets we liked at a big box store and wondered if they could be installed same day. Found Theodore's business on yelp with excellent reviews and sent him a message. Within several minutes we were conversing via text and agreed on an estimate pickup and replacement SAME day. He met me at the store to pick up the new toilets with his truck. By mid afternoon both new toilets were installed. All done on a Saturday. I highly recommend Theodore to anyone who needs plumbing work - he is local, responded quickly, is friendly and charges a reasonable price.

Our water heater gave out at 9pm on a Thursday. I found Theo's name and excellent reviews on a few sites and sent him a message right away on Yelp. Within 2 minutes we were conversing via text and set up an estimate and probable replacement of our water heater on Friday. He showed up on time with a water heater and new hoses in his truck, we agreed on price and he went to work. Within 1.5 hours the new water heater was installed, the old one on his truck and the space cleaned up. This business is very responsive and great to work with, very down to Earth. Theodore answers all my questions and even offers details I didn't think to ask.

Theodore installed a water heater for me recently and even picked it up from the store for me on the day of install. It only took a couple of hours to install and the price was very fair and reasonable, and the work was thorough. He wasn't distracted or anything and it felt like I was his only job for the day, even though I know I wasn't.

Our dishwasher had water coming out from the air gap so I yelped and found Theo. I told him the issue over the phone and he immediately asked me couple questions which made me feel like he knew what he was doing. I'm glad I trusted my gut feeling. If it leaks, clogs, drips, or drains - call Theo at TnB plumbing. He will arrive, park respectfully in front of your home, and quietly make everything work again. He was able to right my emergency toilet situation in time for dinner using clear, understandable language to explain every step of the way. His manner and workmanship gave me a feeling of quiet confidence that I'd called the right guy who wasn't going to take advantage of the fact that I knew nothing about plumbing and was desperate on top.  When he brought to my attention an error in my payment amount which favored HIM (wtf!?), I was impressed by his integrity as much as his work and at this point, he reached official hero status and I knew we had a new plumber. Call him and know everything will be ok. He comes to fix, not to sell. You'll feel at ease rather than unease. And pricing is always competitive or better than anyone else, and importantly, always candid, upfront, and thoroughly explained, male, female, or ? You'll never feel in the dark (but if you do, Theo can probably fix that, too! He's an amazing handyman, plus he smells good, his truck is clean, and his butt crack stays neatly concealed under clothing. You won't regret calling this one-man workhorse and you'll LOVE the way everything works when he's gone! Seriously, I adore the man.

PS I forgot to mention that he fixed a problem in my shower for a few hundred dollars that a prior plumber had deemed ""impossible"" to fix for less than $1400+! The guy should be dressed in white armor holding a wrench
