I am a consistent reviewer and sorry to ever give a business 1 star, but we recently spent $8500 to have a small house completely replumbed by this company, and once the work was finished, they have dropped off the face of the earth. Of course, we are having a problem with one tiny area, which I estimate would take their guy about 15 minutes to fix. I have called them repeatedly, both mobile phone and office phone, and have not received a call back.

When you have to pull a plumbing permit from the City of Houston, you have to choose a plumber from their list. T&G is on that list. I believe this is all they do, respond to the needs of someone pulling a permit. After the job, they move on to the next and care nothing about the relationship.

For me, $8500 is almost 2 month's salary. They should ensure that the customer is happy with the work. Therefore, they get 1 star from me.
