TA Slack is hands down the best when it comes to any plumbing solution. They are transparent about their pricing and the work they do. What we love best, is the quality of work and their consideration for how the system works and making sure it is operating at its best ability. We hired TA Slack to handle many issues (drain pipe repairs to mitigate toilet back ups, supply pipe repair / replacement in a tougher crawl space, water heater replacement, faucet replacements, toilet installs) we required after we purchased a house. We are extremely happy with the work performed and we have noticeably better flow through all the faucets in the house. TA Slack responded to plumbing issues that arose soon after we bought the home with urgency and helped put our concerns at ease.

You will never call another plumber once you've tried TA Slack.

For the past many years, Kirk has been the only plumber we call for my contracting business, my own homes and those of my family and friends. He has the knowledge and experience to tackle any plumbing problem. We have had him do everything from long gas runs, to sewer lines, to kitchens and bathrooms, complete repipes of waste water systems in houses new and old and much more. He handles them all with efficiency and professionalism.

I have been in the trades for three decades and have met very few people who are as honest, fair, polite and passionate about getting it right. Not once has he surprised us at the end of of a project with extra charges that were not discussed. Not once has he fail to return a call or nkept me waiting, in fact he is more likely to be early than late. I wish there were more tradespeople like Kirk.

TA Slack Plumbing, Kirk Miller, has been my go-to plumber for almost 20 years. As a real estate professional, it is critical I have reliable vendors that are reasonable priced, competent, and good with customers. Kirk does exactly what he says and I love I always know what i'm getting... unlike other plumbing companies, Kirk is an independent plumber, so I know i'm getting him, not a novice plumber.

He is great at troubleshooting problems and is a multi-generational plumber! He can do small jobs and large, and best of all, he is honest and direct if the project scope isn't in his wheel house (he doesn't take on work he can't handle)

I love working with Kirk because he's not only a great plumber, but he truly cares about making sure his clients are happy and will go the extra mile. He is passionate about his work and people. He deserves a 6-star review!

Kirk did an AMAZING job on our home. He plumbed the entire kitchen and bathroom all ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET. He left the place extremely clean each day when he left and was always looking to save us money on the job. I highly recommend him and TA Slack Plumbing.

Was EXTREMELY impressed with the attention to detail of Kirk Miller at TA Slack plumbing. He provided on-time services and kept the property clean and organized. Price was great! The work looked fantastic and I will definitely use him again.

Awful, condescending, rude, and lazy are all words that come to mind when I think about this company. Every single interaction with them was awful, the work they did was shoddy, they took forever to do simple things, and the results were pathetic. And their attitude problems, wow, I had heard plumbers were hit or miss but these guys are just terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Upon moving to a new residence, I was unhappy to find that there was a tub in a bathroom without any water going into it. Kind of weird right? Also, turns out that you can't rent/sell a house like that without disclosing that the tub is nonfunctional. So the person previously in the house had to fix it.

Thus began my unendingly frustrating experience with the incompetent jerks at TA Slack Plumbing.

It started off with poor communication on their part. We would call, they wouldn't answer. We would ask for a schedule, they couldn't provide one. But finally they said they would show up. What time? Don't know! They refused to say.

Well, I found out that not even giving a broad window was their strategy for (I guess) punishing us for having the gall to want a functioning bathroom. Because they would religiously show up at 7:45 am, unannounced, and expect to be let in to begin loud work. They also didn't bring booties for their filthy shoes, although luckily we were able to give them some. Which they courteously left scattered in front of the residence (thanks for the litter).

After an initial inspection, weeks passed, and then they cut a huge section of drywall out. More weeks pass. Another person comes and cuts a hole in the tile. And then rather than do even a cursory attempt at matching the existing bathroom hardware, these morons install a completely different colored, completely different shaped faucet. It looks so idiotically stupid. But that's what idiotically stupid people do I guess.

With their unannounced early morning wake ups, lack of communication, slow and lazy work ethic, and terrible results, I would strongly advise anyone who sees a TA Slack pickup truck to run away. You'll get nothing good from this company.

I've worked with Kirk for many years. I am a Realtor and I always recommend him to my clients who need any plumbing work done. Kirk always does an excellent job and my clients and I are always impressed with his attention to detail. He is also an extremely nice person and I trust him wholeheartedly.

Kirk has done a few jobs for us and I highly recommend him.

Most recently, he fixed 5 drippy faucets (yeah, 5... don't judge!). He did a great job, and was in and out in about an hour.

The first job he did for us was far more complicated. Somehow he figured out how to replace our kitchen sink basin without destroying our countertops. He barely had any room to maneuver, but he came up with a creative solution and got the job done. Kirk kept us posted every step of the way and we are now enjoying our huge single basin kitchen sink.

He also installed a hot water faucet and filters and, months later when it stopped working due to a manufacturing defect, Kirk came by and fixed it at no charge.

We would definitely hire Kirk again for any of our plumbing needs.

Kirk is probably out of business now since he has such a poor work ethic. It is sad that his personal issues have impacted his plumbing business to the extent that I would not recommend him to anyone. Although he installed a new water heater for an outrageous price, he did not complete the job. He did NOT pick up the old water heater as promised. He's untrustworthy and unethical and a disgrace to the plumbing profession.
