I had a weekend issue with a sump pump that was tripping the circuit breaker. Tom was very responsive, helpful, and the price was right. Was able to replace the sump pump with no problems. Was especially grateful since Tom had family of his own coming in that weekend but was still helpful to me. Even better, got the new sump pump installed just before I was to go on vacation when rain was forecasted for that week. Will use TAPS again and happy to recommend to others.
