Rick and Han were very quick to respond to an urgent leak in my home that happened Friday evening. Han arrived within 30 mins from the call and quickly found the leak and fixed the issue within an hour and a half. He purchased the new part from home depot and replaced the portion of the pipe that had the leak. Couldn't have thanked them enough for being available on a Friday night and saving my house from a bad leak that may have caused more damage if not resolved promptly.

Needed a toilet replaced. Rick went out of his way to pick up a new unit from home depot even though it was far from my place. When we unpacked the new toilet at my apartment we found a manufacturing defect, and Rick went to home depot to exchange the toilet yet again. The installation went incredibly smooth, everything looks and works perfectly. Rick's service is also incredibly affordable, even more so considering all the extra effort.
