My dishwasher doesn't work properly. The water came out from the air gap on the counter, and this made my kitchen counter and floor flooding and messy. I found Mr. Chen and he sent someone to check at my house in 20 minutes. The handymen was very polite and even carried a heavy box of water upstairs for me. He also fixed the dishwasher issue very efficiently and friendly. He showed me the grease and waste caused the clog in the drainage. He cleaned it and finally the water flow into the food disposal. Problem fixed in an hour the minute I reached out to the company. Strongly recommend!

Rick was quick to respond to my Yelp message, and came over promptly. He fixed our toilet at a very reasonable price and was quick! Other plumbers said they couldn't quote me unless they came in person to check it out, which I get, but I prefer the flat rate and the way Rick handled our communication. I've had another plumbers come over and chage me a ridiculous amount for an hour over something very small. Definitely going to call Rick again if we have any other plumbing issues in the future.

Water levels have been low on my toilet for a few months, so I wanted to do some preventative maintenance before it turns into something larger.

Called a few of the local plumbers in the area - either not responsive or charging at the highest range.

The technician Han was so pleasant - it's all in the details:
-easily figured out parking/access
-removed shoes without prompting
-came prepared with everything, parts and his own towels, yes I have had repair people destroy my towels with the grease on their hands
-professional, polite, respectful of my home
-the repair was simple but he showed me how to troubleshoot in the future, which is invaluable if the same issue occurs

Reliable has a customer for life and found out after they do other repairs outside of plumbing also - excited to have a handy person other than TaskRabbit!

My kitchen drain was clogged and needed to be rooted/snaked. I requested a quote on Yelp and Reliable Handyman was one of the few companies to provide an actual quote over e-mail, rather than saying they needed to perform an inspection first. Their quote was also the lowest by a significant amount, so I went with them. Han came out promptly and he very efficiently and professionally rooted the drain, which works great now. I wholeheartedly recommend Reliable Handyman and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Highly Recommend

Recently we noticed 2 issues in our condo in SF. One is that there is one piece of hardwood floor broke which created a hole. The other one is that the bathroom window is too old and can't really hold and close correctly.

At first, I got a quote from our neighbor handyman who came and gave me a quote of $1000 for both issues (not to replace the window but just to fix it). It sounds a bit too much so we decided to get a second opinion. We found ""Reliable Handyman"" on yelp. They responded to my message super quickly, and sent a guy to examine the situation about 20 mins after we first texted. The handyman came and just fixed the 2 issues on site in 30 mins. After that, he said that the job is small enough so it's FREE of charge. It's really too good to be true. I basically saved $1000. Definitely recommend and they will be my first and top choice whenever I have jobs like this in the future.

Very responsive and super reliable. We had a clogged kitchen sink and Han came over on a Saturday to help us resolve it. Very detail oriented and made sure that there were no leaks after he helped unclog it. Would definitely recommend and will continue working with them going forward.
