I had a heating and hot water system installed a few years ago. Frankly, it's a lemon and it has required frequent calls for maintenance. I am ready to be done with it. Apparently SPH and Mr Ryan Rida feels the same because when it crapped out this week he would not respond to phone or text messages. Luckily I found a very good plumber who was responsive and fixed it You in less than a hour! Ryan has done some good work for me in the past, but recently, not so much. I can't say that I would recommend him at this point.

We were very happy with the work done by Mr. Rida. He was prompt, courteous and up front with what the costs would be. He also made every effort to schedule to our job as soon as possible. Very efficient and engaging person and I would definitely reccomend.
