So our upstairs unit we had installed less than 5 years ago now has a leak and the potential bill for them to repair quickly climbed past $500. No sir. Oh, and you would think they would provide a free quote (at least to a returning customer), think again. Well, looks like I'm going to have to battle this bill with their customer service dept and ask them where this falls in their guarantee of 100% satisfaction.
