The 75 gal hot water tank + 80 gal sto tank serviced my large 3-story home dutifully for 21 yrs. It pooped while I was out of town! I called CALI when I returned home the next nite at 10:30pm. Hector responded Pronto! He arrived w Jessler at 9am the next morning to ex plain ops. Within 2 days an 11.5 gallon tankless Navien was purchased, gas + water lines rerouted + the entire installation was completed by 9:30pm.
They even followed up the next evening to tweak the hot water a touch hotter. The price for product, labor, install was almost $9K. I will receive a $1K rebate from The Gas Co. If you think that is high I had another bid at $17,500!
With Annual Maintenance I think I will have made an excellent investment + choice in CALI/Hector - Exceptionally polite, punctual, Professional.

Hectors team came out to our house to fix the shower in the master bathroom that would turn cold eventually. They provided various solutions to the problem which was helpful. I was in need of replacing my kitchen sink faucet, my husband struggled to do it himself we decided to reach out to Plumbing Company on yelp and Cali was quick to respond. They quoted me a rate and had Mike out in my home within an hour. THANK YOU Mike! He explained what needed to be done and was kind enough to check out a clog in my dishwasher. Last week our 4 story, 30 unit building had a blocked pipe which cause a leak from level 2 into the unit below. We called Cali Plumbing to come inspect and they were able to determine our problem immediately. Michael, the technician they sent out was very thorough and explained the situation in a easy to understand manner. Even though it was Labor Day weekend Michael and Fortino spent the entire day in our garage hydrojetting all the horizontal lines. After 7 hours of grinding they finished the job and Fortino did an excellent job at cleaning the horrendous mess. At the end of the day, the blockage in our pipes had been cleared and all the residents were able to enjoy the rest of the Labor Day weekend. Thanks to Cali Plumbing for coming out during this heatwave and 3 day weekend. I would definitely recommend Cali Plumbing to my friends and family.

I wanted to install a new faucet. In order to do this, the old plumbing had to be removed from inside the wall, as well as the system under the sink. Then a hole would have to be drilled into the floating wood vanity. I was quoted $425.00 for this work.

However, the plumbing is still in the wall and the old system is still there and the new system is attached to the old system. They were at my home for 30 minutes (6:20 PM TO 6:51 PM). This work is worth maybe $200.00, not $450.00. Very overpriced. Spoke with the owner, and he said $450.00 was the price for installing a faucet.

Nice people..But very overpriced for a simple installation of a faucet.

These guys are the best! First of all, they do great work. They have done just about any plumbing job you can imagine for me. They are responsive when I call. They always get me on the calendar promptly. They show up on time. They do fantastic work for a very reasonable price. They are extremely friendly and present very well while they are at my location. It feels like I am seeing old friends when they show up. I am about to schedule my next appointment with them within the next week. I am currently redoing my entire home and they have made everything dealing with plumbing so easy.

I can't believe this ; this guy came and told me there were no leak in my attic, which we sought at first, and now it's clear that there were no leak originally.

They're guy came tightening up, some of my pipes in my attic and at first I went with him when we didn't find any leaks then he went by himself and found a leak??1? which was suspicious enough right -

He sent me a picture and it's a tiny drop of water around a knob, not an active leaking issue. The guy told me he didn't wanted to tight it up because he said sometimes it become a bigger problem.

He said we need to replace the entire pipping! His quote is $750 and me not asking, they decided to give me a $250 discount because I am nice I guess, so $500.

He left and I discovered marks of shoes on my attic wall, which I wasn't too happy about.
I contacted another company to get a quote and the guy told me the knob was a little bit loose and he fixed it and it costed $98!!!

The noises we heard were from tankless water heater pumping water and making pipes vibrate.

I suspect now the guy made that leak to start with and they are clearly dishonest, DON'T do Business with CALI PLUMBING & ROOTER -

We recently purchased a rental condo and are updating the kitchen. Since we do not live in the area I have to rely on the reviews from Yelp.
It was on a Sunday when we called Cali Plumbing. Actually, I called a few plumbing companies to see if they can come out and help us remove our old kitchen sink and faucet to replace a brand new one. To my surprised, Stephanie was the 1st who responded and was very professional . She was on top of everything. Though they charged double for the obvious reasons which I did not mind paying. Especially , after I have seen how very competent , wt good demeanor the plumber she sent to us, Jose. I kept their number in my contact lists . They will be my go to people for all my plumbing needs from now on. I highly recommend this company.
