Today was my first time working with Cali Plumbing & Rooter and it was awesome. Firstly, they were able to make time in their schedule to accommodate for an urgent request. They came within about 20 minutes and the associate I worked with, Justin, was very kind and easy to talk to. Throughout his visit, he thoroughly answered my questions and was also very patient. He indicated other issues that were revealed as the job went on, addressed those issues, and successfully completed the job.

Cali Plumbing was very professional, clean, knowledgeable and prices were very good. We did a descaling of our tankless water heater, added a water line to go outside to hose bib, and installed bidets on our toilets. I hired this company for my business out of 5 quotes. I appreciated that they were not a hard sell or try to add work. I now needed for my house leak and Hector accommodated my urgency and was there the next day. He gave me a quote and mentioned something that the other quote we received from our home owners insurance didn't. So I hired Hector instead of them. Jessely and Justin were there also and they were just as friendly as they were when I hired them first time at my business. Obviously we decided not to use our insurance company because they seemed shady and Hector and crew are always upfront and never cost what we can't afford. They work well with us and are not fast like some people that do half ass work. Cali plumbers took time and made sure it was done right. I am so happy we have a plumber who is responsible and reliable and they all work well together owners wife calls for payment and it's never rushed both times she collected the next day calm nice and professional always smooth and I am happy our pipes are fixed and finally we have our pressure under control. It was at 100 for many years and no one caught it but Justin and Hector. Other plumbers need to make it a habit to check on that while working on someone's other issues, It makes a difference and it saves pipes and faucets when it's under control we had no idea until yesterday!

Completely forgot to leave this well deserved review from October 2021. Cali Plumbing was terrific! We had an emergency situation at one of our rental properties and needed a repair quickly. Hector and his crew came out, gave us a great quote, performed the work quickly and efficiently and left our place tidy after they were done with our repair. Couldn't have been happier.
