As the Project Manager working on this project it is standard practice for the sub contractor (Symmetric Design) to provide the General Contractor with all paper work. The General Contractor would hand over any forms and or paper work to the home owner. This is standard practice. The sub contractor is contracted by the General Contractor and not the home owner. I have known Dan for more than 30 years and have completed many projects with him. Symmetric Design is very professional and do outstanding work. I believe this a misunderstanding on the part of the homeowner.
