Sword & Shield Plumbing began to address the need for budget-friendly plumbing services in Higginsville that stands behind its work. Trustworthiness and effort.

In 1986, Johnny began his journey in plumbing in Illinois. Once his apprenticeship was finished, he obtained his state license and remained with the same company for 12 years. Subsequently, he moved his family to Higginsville and spent some time working in Kansas City. Eventually, he found a small plumbing firm in Grain Valley focusing on new home plumbing. Higginsville locals began requesting plumbing services, a few at a time. After roughly a year, the influx of calls prompted him to establish his own business, calling it Sword & Shield Plumbing. Years later, he moved his family to Heartland Dairy to take on the role of head plumber. Two years later, he was invited to move to Kentucky to work as a supervisor at a large plumbing service company. Ultimately, he returned to Higginsville in 2005 to reopen Sword & Shield Plumbing.
