In the middle of the day on a Tuesday, they have the answering service taking calls. Answering service tells me they will pass the message and to expect a call within the hour with service availability. No call for an hour and a half so I call back only to be told that they are not in today and that they will not be back in the office until tomorrow. Basically, the first answering service employee lied to me and I sat at home with a running water leak for 90 minutes for nothing. They never returned our call during the freeze earlier this year but I chocked that up to a one time crisis they(and others) were in. I'm disappointed to say the least.

I have been using Terrell and his crew ever since I've opened up my business. Sword Plumbing has been my go to for all my plumbing issues. I have a small salon and they have fixed every issue with my shampoo bowl. I would highly recommend them. They get the job done and right every time.

Mr. Sword is disabled unfriendly, inappropriate, comes out and promises something and has no honor nor integrity in keeping his word. When called, emailed and texted he and Christine refuse to get back to you and then when asked what is going on he refuses to take a call or take a job at any price at all. Inappropriate to knowingly strand one in a wheelchair with zero options. Christine will also hang up on you when politely calling. Use him at your own peril. I have all documented and would be happy to share.

These guys were great! That were able to come out and figure out the leak the same day. Didn't waste any time getting things fixed up. Very respectful of our space (clean) and time. I would use Sword again for any of my plumbing needs.

This company is the most honest plumbing company I have ever worked with. Everyone else was telling us we needed a full shower pan replacement which would have cost $$$$. Sword Plumbing came over and was honest - ran tests instead of assuming what needed to be done - and verified and proved that we had no shower leak whatsoever.The fix we do need is simple and should not be very expensive. I'm very pleased with the service they delivered!

I've been using Sword Plumbing since 2013 and have been very happy with their services. Their customer service rep (Kelly) is always super helpful and friendly. So when it came time to upgrade all the bathroom and kitchen faucets in my house (and there were a lot), I gave them a call. The job was completed as expected, the faucets look great I was very happy with how everything turned out. The plumbers cleaned up very well after the job.

I do NOT recommend Sword Plumbing. They are extremely expensive and take advantage of the consumer by giving exaggerated advice. I had a hot water tank installed by Sword Plumbing, replaced within 4 years and just went out again within 4 years only to find that the water heater was installed improperly. The water heater was completely rusted out and caused the water in our home to be discolored for a long period of time. Sword plumbing is a rip off. I do not recommend using them. I also had hot/cold water pipes replaced and this job was also done incorrectly. Very poor customer service and we were totally mislead by their advice. Terrible company.
