Michael B.I would highly recommend NOT using this company! They grossly over charge for work done, pad their time, and come to the job not prepared with tools and materials. I had a pipe moved 1 inch and they charged me over $850.00! AND, if you want to use a credit card to pay, they make you pay the charge they are supposed to pay for using the card service. Worst experience with a plumber I have ever had.

Sherri M.We had a leaking faucet in the laundry room and Brad Mason with Swoosh Plumbing was quick to respond to my call and provided an estimate which was better than another company. He set an appointment for the next day. However, another person arrived and it was a bad experience from that point. The employee refused to put shoe covering on or take his shoes off (I have white carpet) and then completed the job satisfactorily in 5 minutes --but then submitted a bill more than 20% higher than the estimate. I refused to pay and called Brad who apologized and indicated he would send an invoice. The bill is now 20% under the quote - which I will pay.
