Rick and Debbi possess extensive knowledge in both the construction and business sectors. They strive to create a supportive workplace and develop enduring connections with every client. The founders of Switchback Building are Rick and Debbi Dolly. With 35 years of practical experience, Rick has mastered his craft. He has served as a superintendent for two major contracting firms. Debbi brings 26 years of experience in business and operates a separate small company. Upon their marriage, they chose to merge their skills and start a business together.
