The founders of Switchback Building are Rick and Debbi Dolly. With 35 years of practical experience, Rick has mastered his craft. Rick has held the role of superintendent at two prominent contracting companies. With 26 years in the business world, Debbi also manages another small business. When they married, they decided to combine their expertise and launch a business together.
