Rick and Debbi possess extensive knowledge in both the construction and business sectors. They strive to create a supportive workplace and develop enduring connections with every client. With our talent and focus on customer care, we hope to inspire your trust and eagerness to discuss your project with us.

The founders of Switchback Building are Rick and Debbi Dolly. For 35 years, Rick has honed his skills in hands-on trades. Rick has held the role of superintendent at two prominent contracting companies. Debbi brings 26 years of experience in business and operates a separate small company. Upon their marriage, they chose to merge their skills and start a business together.
