Would give zero but the came out quickly so I gave them one for speed. BUT Just came out to my house. I never said I wasn't paying the service, I did ask for a payment plan. When you said you don't offer that. I said for the request to be approved. I went in my house and apparently they LEFT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING!!! I called my warranty company and they called swisher and they said I wasn't paying which never came out my mouth. Now you just missed out on your Blessing!!! Thanks for leaving cause now I can pay someone else for the services you assumed I couldn't afford. Thank you for showing your true colors being I am a woman that you tried to take advantage of.

This company was professional from beginning to end. They were selected for me by my home warranty, Old Republic, and made contact with me as soon as I requested the service. I asked Ashley at Swisher Plumbing if they would be able to have someone call me 45 minutes before arrival time as the call out service time was between 1200 and 1400, but I didn't want to be sitting there for 2 hours when I could be at work and just head over when they call me. They followed through with this. They dealt with the issue at hand. Very professional and kept me informed. I have even asked my realty company (my property is being rented out after the repair) to keep Swisher Plumbing as preferred if any further plumbing issues arise at my condo in the future. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our Bathroom Sinks needed new faucets. Mike and Adam arrived early and did a great Job. They were very professional. Would highly recommend Swisher Plumbing. They also answered all our Questions.

Find a higher quality plumbing company. They installed galvanized metal on my new hot water heater 3 years ago. The pipe corroded in 3 years and started to leak on the top on the unit. I called for them to replace it and they did in 15 min. The installer said that the metal should have been brass instead of galvanized because it easily rusts. After changing the pipe, he said it costs $190. It took him literally 15 min to change a mistake they made 3 years ago...for $190. Insane. I gave it 2 stars because the lady I called there was very nice. They declined the refund because it was out of their """"labor warranty"""". Their excuse was galvanized passes code. So in the end, they will use the cheaper material to pass code, charge you an arm and a leg when it most certainly will break and not take any responsibility. They do it the cheap way, not the right way.
