They were awesome!! Called in the morning and Reuben was at my door within 45 minutes. Fixed the problem in ten minutes. (kitchen sink clogged and nothing was working, draino, salt and hot water, etc) in ten minutes. Would highly recommend using their service and it's Sunday to boot!!

I was having problems with my tankless water heater, it wasn't giving hot water in a area of my home so I called plumbing emergency and they were here in a good time. For once I called plumbers and they showed up in the time frame they gave me. Also called me, when they were on the way to my house. Let me tell you these guys were in great spirit from the minute they were here and explained everything to me and the cost of getting it done. I didn't know I needed maintance on my water every year and that was the problem so they gave me the price and did the work now my home has hot water in my bathroom and kids bathroom. I wish the installers that put in my tankless system would have explained this to me. Going forward I will use this company for my plumbing needs. Thank you so much, you're awesome!

I woke up in the morning to get ready for work and noticed brown stuff coming out of my shower drain and the tub was filled about two inches. So the night before I used my toilet and it over flowed not flushing so I plunged it and it finally went down. I'm thinking it went into my shower because my pipe is clogged (I'm not sure). So long story short I used Yelp for a plumbing company and called a few but saw this emergency plumbers gave them a call and they were the first company to show up in San Fernando valley and rooter my main line. They found out my main line was the problem to my home and they even ran a free camera inspection after to show me everything that is going on. So because I have some old trees I have a root problem and they are recommending I eventually do a sewer replacement but for Now I'm draining. These guys are good, clean and fast. Albert my tech was very professional and explained to me all my plumbing problem with the main line using the camera. They weren't pushy at all and told me for now just continue using what you need to use and if it backs up again to call and most likely I will need to fix my sewer line. Quick response called them for an emergency late at night and they answered. I told them my toilet was bubbling and the shower had a bunch of gunk coming out of the drain and they new what it was. Have a quote for the sewer being clogged and how much it would be. The guy came within the estimated time and unclogged my plumbing problem from outside for the exact price they quoted over the phone. Saved! Great job emergency plumbers!

I had a clogged drain. Messaged them on Yelp and they responded fast. Gave me a quote right over email... He called before showing up, was very helpful, cleared the drain in minutes and BEST of all, he charged me less than the quote for the job because it was such a small job.
