As a business owner in Beverly Hills, there isn't a day we don't have a need for repairs or service calls. We were facing an issue with our plumbing for our sink and called another provider that the landlord mandates we go through. After waiting 3 days for my usual plumber to come and 2 days to assess, only to be told they didn't know how to fix the issue and to call my contractor. This was ridiculous and a complete waste of my time. Let me also add they billed me $303 for this fiasco.

Alternatively, I went out of my landlord's protocol and called Swish. They showed up the next morning, communicated about their ETA (i had to beg the other one for updates).
I had to run out for meetings but Nick, the technician FaceTimed me through the entire visit and quickly figure it out. In 30 minutes, he diagnosed the issue, found the part we needed to order, and we resolved the problem with the most ease I've ever encountered. They were so professional and incredibly sharp. I'm so glad I went with them!!! Thank you Nick!!!!

Nick is literally the best. He's been my plumber for 3 years now and I have referred him to many friends. He has always been there when I've had an emergency or to do larger projects like my kitchen. We were having a problem with a sewer odour coming from under the house and found the old cast iron pipes were failing. We had several people around to quote, and Nick was by far the most thorough in inspecting, explaining the problem and solutions, and the quote was competitive.

Nick kept us updated throughout the work with texts, photos and videos. Really high standard of customer service, very knowledgeable and great at communicating. Very happy with the work and it feels great knowing we've found a solid, reliable plumber for any future jobs. Would definitely recommend using Swish for any plumbing work.

I had a problem with a broken insta hot. Nick came out and took a look at it and gave me a few options; I chose to just replace the entire unit.
Not only did he shop for the best price for a new unit, he guided me on which would be the best one for my house.
Both times he was here (I had to order and wait for the new unit to be delivered) he showed up on time, did an amazing job, and left the area clean when he was done.
