Called Nick in a jam and got a prompt response. While working on the issue in the bathroom he noticed a drip from an outdoor pipe. Unrelated to my sink issue he was able to determine that my regulator had gone bad. He educated me on its role of regulating the water pressure of pipes inside the house and without it working I could burst a pipe which is a serious and costly issue. He took the extra time to go purchase the appropriate size regulator and replaced it. And of course the overall experience, like always, was pleasant, professional and reasonably priced. I'm a fan!

A friend recommended Nick after we discovered a large sink hole in our backyard. He diagnosed the issue and finished the job promptly. We had the pleasure of using Swish Sewer & Drains twice, about a month apart. Unfortunately for us the main sewer drain had a stoppage and was back flowing into my tub, it took a while to find the clog as our building doesn't have an access to the drain pipe outside the building and we don't have a crawl space. Once he found where the clog was, Nick and team were able to dig into the dirt to find the pipe, cut out the part of the pipe that was clogged, replaced and added new pipe with access for future needs.
Then about a month later we had a slab leak. I called at 8pm, when I heard the water running in the wall, he had me turn off the water for the building till he arrived first thing in the morning. He had me call a leak detector to determine the exact location of the leak as he needed to use a jackhammer to get through the concrete slap to get to the pipe, and didn't want to make unnecessary holes in the floor of the house. They found the culprit, a pinhole in the pipe. Replaced the section and re-cemented the hole and did a good job of cleaning up. Then tested the water regulator which was very old, to find out it was not keeping proper pressure and we had to replace that too.
Nick provided professional service at a reasonable price, showed up as scheduled and texts to give a heads up before he arrived. Nick is very reliable and knowledgeable.

Nick is a *hero*! We were cleaning up after breakfast on a Saturday... Hours before we had friends and their kids coming to stay with us for a few nights. And our kitchen sink was backed up... And upon further inspection, the pipe under the sink was leaking. We had piles of dirty plates/pots and a full dishwasher... All of which we could do nothing about with a non functional sink. Nick worked some scheduling magic and was able to come over ASAP. He fixed everything and was out with time to spare before our guest arrived. I couldn't believe it - it really saved us.
