The great reviews for the work that Swish has done for others is warranted. Nick is unlike other plumbers that I have used at our church/charter school. I've experienced plumbers that only want to do the easy jobs and tell you to find someone else to do something they don't, or won't do. And hourly rates can be high for some of the simplest projects like changing a faucet. Nick was a great find. He is not afraid to tackle the hardest jobs and is able to figure out difficult problems. He and his helpers did an amazing job at our church investigating the source of blockages that we continued to have in one of our bathrooms. Nick found that over the years other plumbers we had hired to correct the problem only made it worse. He spent several hours over three days trying to unclog huge buildups of sludge to clear the linesdo he could find the sources of the problem. Once he found them he had a plan to correct it. He was dogged in his determination to have the problem corrected so we never have to have blockages again. Once they started the work it was completed pretty much in one day. Before the work started He showed me through the camera where the problems were and after the work was completed he showed me how we were no longer going to have problems. Nick is very thorough and professional. And the price was fair. I plan to use Swish for future plumbing problems at the church and at the charter school we have on site.

We had flooding outside our sliding back door where there was a landscape drain that was clogged. Nick came out quickly and assessed the situation. He found that we had fairly large roots growing into the drain itself from ivy that was planted many many years ago. He gave a very reasonable quote, and we decided to go with him for repair.
His workers arrived on time and they were very respectful and professional. Nick kept me informed every step of the way. He and his workers ended up having to replace a pretty good length of landscape, drainage, pipe, and added an additional drain. By the way, this job included breaking up concrete and I'm glad I went with Nick because I didn't have to find somebody else to actually break up the concrete and repour it after the repair work was completed. I don't usually do yelp reviews because of the time it takes, but I decided to do this one, because my experience was so great In summary, at the end of the day there's a lot of plumbers to choose from, but I would highly recommend Nick! Great service, excellent updates as the job progressed, education about plumbing stuff that helped me as a homeowner, an excellent work overall.

Condominium living is shared wall living, which means you have to be extra careful, responsible and proactive when it comes to plumbing concerns. We were SO LUCKY to have found Nick and Swish to help our building with all sorts of complex situations, for which Nick always has a very practical and clever solution. I made the mistake of hiring a plumber who was a friend of a friend to do some plumbing on our add on bathroom. To say he didn't do the job right was an understatement! My plumbing was a mess, my house smelled like crap and was leaking. Nick was great to work with and made me feel at ease right out of the gate.
