Nick is the best! I've called on him to help fix issues at my own home as well as the numerous homes and businesses that my clients own as well. Nick is always on time and most importantly, very honest. He always goes the extra mile to explain the situation; which I'm always grateful for as plumbing issues are extremely confusing to me (haha). I would 100% recommend nick and his team for any plumbing work you need. He is thorough and detailed. I've worked with numerous other plumbers that did a terrible job and I had to call nick to fix the issues. Just call him from the start! It's better to do it right the first time!

Nick called us right away when we were having a problem reigniting the water heater pilot after the rain storm in August.

He helped me write the e-mail explaining the problem to my neighbors and the condo management company. He provided pictures and showed me how to attach them to my e-mail. I was having companies come out inspect and give estimates based on another plumbing company unable to get a clog resolved, Swish Sewer & Drains responded quickly to my post.

Nick, from Swish Sewer & Drain, came out and reviewed the situation, used his camera to find the area that needed work, and gave a detailed estimate, without any pressure to commit. When I told Nick that he didn't need to run a camera, as another company had done so, Nick said that he needed to see the situation to give a honest estimate of what he saw. He didn't charge for it, and it felt as if he wanted to help out, even if he might not get the job.

I met a good amount of people who came out to inspect and give an estimate, but Nick was one of three people who made me feel he was there to help me with a problem, rather than get a job. He drove fiffy minutes from a job he finished in the afternoon and then spent forty minutes with me going through the potential issues. A really nice guy, with a great heart. It was a hot day and he took his time making sure I understood what he thought would be needed to resolve the issue.

We did go with a company that had a lower bid, but I felt that this experience was worth posting.

Every other plumber on Yelp can be deleted. This is the only company you need. Nick and his crew are the best. Quick, kind, knowledgeable. And most most most important, honest. I love these guys. Gotta bonkers email from DWP about a leak. They came out asap and looked and advised me on how to handle with the issue and with DWP. Truly truly truly. This is the last plumber you'll need.

We had a clog in our sewer drain today and several guests en route for a party. After I calling around I found Swish sewer & drain out of Burbank. Since I live in Burbank I hoped he would be able to come by and sure enough he gave me a window and hit it exactly when he said.

Nick, the owner, came through and gave me a great price. Cleaned out my clog, even offered to use a camera to check it out for little bit more.

In short, he was really good, friendly demeanor, knew his stuff, and performed the task efficiently and quickly. Will use Swish again in the future!
