I have used this company a couple of times. I needed valves installed in my garage for my new washer and dryer. They arrived and were quickly gone. They did a professional install.

We have used Swinner for both regular plumbing work and once for an "emergency" plumbing need. They were awesome on both accounts and, most importantly, competent, professional & fairly priced.

We love these guys, and routinely use them for our home, my mother's house, and several rental properties.

That said, they dropped the ball on us for this service call. First, we had a leak with water running out next to drive way. Send them a pic so they'd know what they were facing. Came out first day, didn't want to get muddy before other clients (did they not look at the pic an plan for this?). Understandable, they promise to come back end of the day 1. Then they are a no show for end of day 1. Come back out, first thing day 2, now, rather than get dirty, they decide to have someone come and identify where the leak is (could they not have done that on day 1?), tell us they will try to get someone out that day. End of day two, we call, and oh, the leak guys are coming tomorrow, we're 2nd on the schedule. So then, now day 3, leak guys don't show. We call end of day 3, oh their first job took all day, be there first thing tomorrow. So, on Day 4, leak guys do show up. Leak is 8 inches down beside the driveway, not even under edge of pavement. If they had just dug a little, they would have found it. So, in addition to paying for their services, we got a $350 hit for the leak detectors. Not a very happy customer today.

That said, they are honest, do good work, and we'll use them again. Just a bit frustrated, especially with their failure to keep us informed along the way.

Ok, I had to come back and bump them up a star. In spite of the complaints above, they made the repair without damaging my wife's plants in the flower bed! What can I say, they do good work, though they dropped the ball on us a bit on this service call!

These guys are the best; very reasonable and good service. Jodi did work for me on my building in Montgomery when I really needed it. I was getting an inspection and another plumber has put an S trap in one of my suites and I called him. He was on the way to another job in Montgomery and stopped by. He figured out a resolution and fixed the other plumber's mistake quite easily - while the inspector was there. He saved me a lot of hassle. Also, I had a real bad leak earlier this year and they came and fixed it quickly. Good communication, friendly service and they respond quickly. Highly recommend!

Our warranty company sent out a terrible company so we called Swinner and they came out within 40 minutes and fixed the stoppage within an hour. What's better? Their rates!

Fantastic company!! I am a realtor and I had been using someone else I fully trusted that worked for a plumbing company and is licensed. He had always done well for my clients with except when it came to my home. He messed everything up and found out he charged me about what going to a plumbing company would cost.

I would suggest always going to a reputable company and Swinner is the best. They will be my go to from now on.

Called this company to fix three plumbing issues. One of the issues I thought was going to be a huge issue and that was with a leaking upstairs bath tub and to change out a faucet and find a leak in another bathroom. Originally wanted them to replace a valve but they looked at it and said it was in perfect condition that it did not need to be replaced. I like that honesty because I felt like they were not trying to up charge me. I'm very happy with the service that I received. the two gentlemen that showed up were professional polite and I would definitely recommend Swinner Plumbing. I also felt that the fee that they charged me was very reasonable for the amount of time that they were here.

Hooked up my hot tub and wanted a plumber to push the pipe in further and tighten the bolts more than what I could because I have a injured back. Called,,,,good with the quick service but there was no call back with the price or no price given before the job was done. I received a call from the plumber after the job was done and they charged me $90.00 to push a pipe in a little and tighten a couple of screws.
I called the next day and left a message on how shocked was with the outrageous price. No return of my call.
