I had received a text on Wednesday saying the install was scheduled for Thursday. I reached out to Tyler and he let me know that they are waiting to confirm 100% and he would let me know ASAP. It had been a few hours, so I reached back out to him, and he said it would be Friday. I asked them to reach out to me on the way over so I could hide my dogs. Unfortunately, they did not call, but showed up at 7am (the window time is 7-9am). Tyler immediately apologized for the tech not seeing the note. The guys ended up being at the house for 12 hours to do all the work. There was a delay for about 2 hours because a monsoon decided to come thru. These guys were great to work with. I have also let them know since they are a small family owned business, I will be passing their name along and I have done so with several people already. I am all about service and I want everyone else to experience this since dealing with AC during a heat wave is NO FUN.

Courteous, Professional, and Knowledgeable HVAC Installer - Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year and SwiftPro was the right choice. I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up. Tyler worked with me to ensure I had the right system that 'fit' in the area left after removing the old system. Workers were completely professional and knowledgeable during installation and dare I say - courteous. Installation was supposed to be same-day, but one part was unavailable at the time. Tyler and his staff hunted across the local area for the part and even sent an employee out to buy a space heater to spare me from the below-20 degree night. Part came in next day and installation was complete. Very satisfied with the outcome of the project.

SwiftPro came out today. Alex was a very cool guy, knowledgeable in his field and presented me with several options to address a cold basement issue. Very stand up guy. I'd recommend Alex and SwiftPro because they put the customer needs first and are not trying to sell you on services.

Needed a plumber who worked with gas pipes to disconnect old gas dryer and install new gas dryer. I ordered the dryer through Home Depot- it wasn't clear that they contacted a gas plumber- I was told that the delivery people would not disconnect the old dryer. Which meant that I would have 2 appointments in addition to the delivery of the dryer. Used Angis list- Got lots of texts without identification & decided to go with these folks (they sent text with identification) & had them take away the old dryer instead of the Home Depot folks. Did a great job- It was a tight spot, Left the place neat as the found it. The came on time. They did have to come back later that day to pick up the old dryer. I would use them again for any gas related work-I did find dealing with Angi's list confusing with numerous text messages trying to contact me rather than my picking two or three plumbers from a list. But Swiftpro did a good job.

Recently contacted SwiftPro to install a new bathroom sink faucet. Response to my text request was outstanding...within a few hours. Provided a few pictures of the job and I had an estimate with the same quick response time...and a very reasonable $! Work was scheduled several days later and the work performed by KiernanLyons was outstanding. He (and the company are definitely keepers! Newer company trying to get a foothold in this competitive (and expensive) market. Give them a change/call!

Service not bad, but it's pricey. It's for replacing a heating element of a electrical heater. Asking for over $400 for labor plus $50 for heating element (normal price $20).Frankly, I can replace by myself. But I have to order and wait for the part to come. Plus the manufacture should reimburse. I have to make calls with manufacture to increase the allowance for the reimbursement. Fortunately, the problem was solved and manufacture approved. In terms of cost efficiency, i would say no if i pay out of my pocket.

The process to schedule was fast, and simple.
I was able to get someone to the house to look at minor issues but also for a sump pump replacement.

I did not go with the sump pump replacement but the service provided was great and very courteous.

Slight miscommunication on the services provided but Tyler reached out to resolve the issues directly. Very understanding and great customer service delivered!

Absolutely above and beyond! Tyler, Efrain and his team worked weekend hours to fix my heating system on a Saturday when other companies told us to wait until Monday. Within hours, they found a part to remove and replace the faulty one. Their value and cost was reasonable as well! Look no further to fix all your HVAC issues, hire this team and company!
