Very satisfied so far. I called Swift on a weeknight after my 16 year old water here in Yorba Linda heater broke and they sent out a technician with a new water heater about noon the next day. The technician installed the new unit within roughly an hour . I really liked that he put in new valves as well as hoses. That was above and beyond what I expected. He installed a Rheem professional water heater. I don't have any experience with this model. So, I can't comment on its expected life. I found that their price was also very competitive compared to a previous install I had done a few years ago in my past house. I highly recommend Swift for water heater installations.

Called Swift early on Sunday morning. They gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled me for a new tank install on Monday morning. The technician arrived promptly and proceeded to install the tank. He was done in 90 mins then cleaned up. Great experience working with these guys. Would highly recommend them.

Company was responsive; I was able to get an appointment quickly. Good use of communication technology, as company uses text messaging to confirm that a technician is in route, and uses email for the invoice and bill. Technician (Bobby) was patient, polite, and did a great job installing a new water heater and explaining to me everything I would need to know to keep it in good repair.

A+ all the way around. I called mid morning with request for service of a non functioning water heater. By mid afternoon a tech showed up, diagnosed the issue and had scheduled a repeat visit early the next day to fix. Throughout the entire time the dispatching, on site work and follow up was great.
