Our water heater suddenly started whistling loudly and leaking water at 8:30pm last night. After a quick search for 24 hour plumbers, I called Swift Water Heater and spoke to Susan who was incredibly helpful and able to give me a quote over the phone, answer my many questions, and schedule a water heater replacement for this morning at 10am! Max, our plumber, was also fantastic. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. We had hot water again by 1pm and our once-gross outdoor water heater closet is the cleanest I have ever seen it! We are very pleased with the exceptional service from Susan and Max and Swift Water Heater! We would absolutely call them again for future plumbing needs.

After talking to a couple of recommended local plumbers in Huntington Beach regarding replacement of a 75 gallon water heater I started to get frustrated. Both plumber seemed reluctant in removing the 75 gallon water heater due to the size and weight. I had discussed both tankless and tank type to get their opinions and difference in pricing. Both plumbers could not committe to any schedule which worried me since my water heater had just starting to leak. I decide to do some additional research on yelp, and ran across Swift Waterheaters that has very positive reviews. I like that their core business is water heaters! I called and talked to Susan and asked for a quote for replacement of my existing waterheater. I was given a price immediately for the tank type water heater during my call with an option of going to a tankless water heater which was elgible for a SoCal Gas $1,000 rebate. With the benefits of tankless and the rebate, I decided to go with the tankless solution. Soon after my call, I was emailed a written quote with all the fine details of the product and installation cost from Justin. Once I gave my approval, I was able to schedule installation for 3 days later. I was notified by text that Zack would be doing the installation. I received another text from Zack the day of the installation that he was in route. Zack arrived on time and began the process of taking out the old water heater and preparing for the new tankless water heater. Zack worked non-stop to get the project done in a timely manner with a very clean professional installation. He also answered all my question and gave me further explaination of the tankless water heater system and installation. The plumbing and placement is flawless! Soon after completion, I received the invoice and a link to the SoCal Gas link for the $1,000 rebate. Thank you and your crew for an exceptional job! Your company has it together from taking my call through the completion process! I highly recommend Swift Water Heater company. BYW: It's only been just shy of a week, but the Navien tankless water heater preforms great with quick hot water and is such a space saver! Thanks again, Lew

The electrician, Richard, Dickinson Electrc, who the partner with, was also professional, polite and extremely clean and also took his time. Also atvthe end showed us how to use the automatic shut off and reset it. .
