You don't plan on your water heater going out, but when it does and you have no hot water - it's a huge problem. I called Swift and they came out quickly. They immediately found the problem and repaired the water heater. I'm really thankful that they were honest and rather than trying to sell me a new heater, they were able to replace a small part. Honesty and integrity are really important to me when I have to have something repaired in my home that I know nothing about. With Swift I didn't have to wonder.

They SAVED us! Jay and his crew are experts in their? field, professional, ?and patient. We had a leak in our kitchen and had no clue where it was coming from, we were so stressed and worried that there was no solution or we'd have to incur major repair costs. They identified the issue right away and tried several different avenues to fix the problem!! We all know these are the type of services that are complicated and confusing to those who are not experts in the field, therefore? it's? vital you are bringing someone into? your home who you can trust, clearly explain your options, and thoroughly ?answer?r your questions and/or concerns. From the first call onwards all was well, the kid, Jay, (turned out Jay is the boss, this kid is Juan)who came to install was good, but he used 3 parts from my old heater, for which they refunded me $50 back, after I pointed it out to them this morning.

During the install, another of their trucks had to come to deliver a part Jay had forgotten.

When the time came to turn off the water to switch the water heaters, Jay recommended we replace the water switch off valve and the water regulator, he quoted me $400 since it was too close to the wall and parts of it stuck with concrete (we settled for $300) but after completing the water heater install, he started making excuses and said he would be back in the morning to complete it... now he wants $550!!!

I heard back from the company this morning, saying Jay's just good at water heaters and not plumbing??? No wonder we had to remind him to install the pipe in the pan and cover the base of the thermostat!

I hope he has not damaged the current regulator, which he couldn't remove yesterday.

If you hire them, get the quote in writing and ensure all parts are replaced with new ones!

I hope the water heater is as good as they claim.

Swift folks were extremely helpful when I was in a jam with a leaking 4 year old water heater (purchased by former home owner). They pointed it out that it was likely still under warranty since most manufacturer's minimum is 6 years and manufacturer's track by serial number. A little digging discovered that it was actually a refurb unit, so no go on the warranty, but it was honorable of Swift to point out the possibility.

Swift's pricing was fair, their default pricing includes everything to be sure this is done right (hoses, ball valve, pan, straps, install/removal of old unit and even the sales tax). They were extremely helpful and responsive.

At the end of the day, I chose to do the install myself and save some money (I may come to regret that choice if something goes wrong), but I was so impressed with Swift that I wanted to write them a review and encourage others to use their services.

Awesome and super quick service. We have a GE gagain!as water heater which apparently are notorious for two issues. We called 6 companies and this one and another were the only ones that would work on it because parts are purchased directly from the manufacturer and can't be obtained at your local hardware store. They were able to schedule us the following morning and Jay came out took about 10-15 min and even showed us the part prior to repairing. Awesome service would definitely recommend and use

Today I had Jay and his partner come out and replace my water heater. I was very impressed with Swift. I called and made my appointment yesterday, and they ran me through some simple troubleshooting tips to make sure it wasn't just an easy fix. Once we determined the tank was in fact leaking and I would need a new one she gave me the price. One, simple, straight forward out the door price, which was the same or up to 400 dollars less than the 3 others places I got quotes from. I was impressed by the system they use which sends you text updates including when your tech is on there way and a picture of them with there current location. Very streamline process from the personnel to the technology to the equipment.

The installation its self went very well. These guys know what they are doing. They do it very well and very fast. 90 minutes after they arrived I had hot water. Jay is super friendly, and awesome about answering any questions you may have about the equipment. Great customer service, from the first phone call until Jay left my house.

Highly recommend Swift Water Heater! My tenant noticed water leak from the old water heater so I reached out and received a competitive quote. They were able to come out on the same day to replace the water heater. I'm very satisfied with the final result and the process.

Jay And Armando came in a little late on their scheduled appointment but they came anyway and it was a saturday afternoon. My water heater's thermocouple needs to be replaced, it took them only 30 mins to fix it and the price is lowest compared to what others have quoted me. They ate very professional and they know their trade. Would definitely do business with them again and highly recomended!!
