We have used Swift for our home and our sons home with no problem, however, everytime we call them to go to our business in a neighboring area they cancel at the last minute. Today they called and said they need to cancel and move to another day and OH by the way there will be a $75 fee to just give a bid. They didn't do this with our other places. Could they be RED LINING certain areas??? Is this Legal?

I recently got a price of over $900 just to switch out the metal plumbing under my kitchen sink to PVC and run a snake. I got the same job done for about $175. Felt that price was way out of line, No Thank You to Swift Plumbing!

Once again Swift to the rescue. Water heater started leaking, Dane came out to take a look and it did need to be replaced. He was kind, courteous and professional. I'm moving, bit if I were staying in the area I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

After reading my enclosed letter with my check for payment, a very nice lady, Connie, called to discuss my concerns. She then contacted the owner and got part of my payment returned to me with an apology. I appreciate the effort put forth to address my complaint.

A few years ago, our sump pump stopped working during a torrential rainstorm. Swift Plumbing came out, as they were the plumbers our home warranty company notified. The plumber did a great job and was very professional. A few years later, the sump pump had a problem, and Swift came out, installed a new pump, also very professionally. Swift had stopped using the first pump as it had been experiencing problems, and gave me a fair discount on the second service call because of that. Swift if the first plumber I will call the next time I need plumbing help.

I have 35 apartments and have used swift plumbing for the past 10 years but had to stop using him when he started charging by the job instead of the hour. I was charged 575 dollars for 1 and 1half hours work Well swift plumbing secretary called me today and told me if I don't remove my review that Gene ( the owner ) would put a lien on my property. When he sent me a bill for 575 for 1 1/2 hours work which comes to 388 per hour I sent him a check for 350 and told him I considered my bill paid in full and that I would no longer use his company. His work is great but ask how much before u have him do it. Not only does he charge by the job but he adds a hourly fee on as well.

Great service and professionalism. Eric was very courteous and efficient. Would have given five stars but I thought $175 for half an hour's work was maybe a but steep.
