I had to use this company per my HOA. The technician that came out did not touch anything because he said that it was an outside issue and that he did not have a long enough snake to repair the issue. I asked for a business card and he did not have one or did not get an invoice for the job that they never did. When my husband got home and spoke with Rudy he did not want to handle the issue because I was a women and handed the phone over to Maria who did not greet me on the phone and was very rude....DO NOT USE THEM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have called and set up an appointment thru my warranty company for my garbage disposal leaking - the man came out said he fixed it - left. Had to call back to warranty company - they sent them back out - he said he put in a new garbage disposal - now it's leaking every where. set the appointment with Maria. They Never showed up for the appointment today 1/5/23 8-10 am. When I called he text me and stated to text him - no calls. When I asked why they did not show up to fix my disposal - he said my service was over 30 days and the warranty cancelled it. I called the warranty company to set the appointment!!!! So now no response from them?!?! REALLY this is how we do business....Suppose to fix the issues NOT create an ongoing issue. Now Maria text again - stating the warranty company cancelled the work order?!?! They are whom I called to set the appointment!!! - Need better work ethics!!

This is the second time Swift plumbing has not responded to my voicemail or text message. I would not recommend using this service.

We had a leaking water heater that needed replacement and Rudy with Swift Plumbing came and got it done within the time duration promised (2 hours).
We have American Home Shield (do not get me started on them!) and the process was longer than desired (10 days with cold water only), but dealing with them is a separate issue with the BBB.
More about Swift Plumbing, I wish there was better communication from Swift regarding the amount we were due to pay at time of service for uncovered parts, when the replacement was due to arrive, etc. I just want to be kept abreast of where we are in the process. Generally, working with Swift was fine.

Short version: On 8/22 I contacted AHS to get garbage disposal fixed. Guy came by that week, was here about 4 minutes, assessed it needed to be replaced... so he said he'd be back the following week after he got the parts. Now it's three weeks later, he marked the case closed/complete and left his a voicemail message that says he'll be out of town through 9/20.
Add'l Frustration: Now that he has marked this service as completed with AHS I have to deal with them trying to ""investigate"" what happened and they will not dispatch another service until they figure it out.

Sadly have to concur that this ""company"" is horrible! Upon referral from American Home Shield (AHS), I was told I would be getting a call from Swift in 24 hours. Our water was turned off as the result of a leak. We heard nothing for 72 hours and then got a call from a ""dispatch"" person who seemed absolutely disinterested in her job and/or her customers.
I was scheduled to have a plumber come out the next day. I asked that they provide proof of their current contractor's license and insurance and got no reply. When Rudy contacted me to attempt coming early, I told him I had not received their credentials. The documents promised two days ago, have still not arrived. Now Rudy is asking that I call AHS back for another plumber! We have been waiting FOUR DAYS! ZERO PROFESSIONALISM AND CLEARLY ADVERSE TO PROVIDING THEIR PROOF OF LICENSE/INSURANCE.

Swift plumbing was dispatched via American Home Shield to our residence with regards to a leaky toilet this morning at 9am. The plumber was very friendly, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak promptly and efficiently! He even changed out a couple of parts like the flapper and float which were older and required replacement. I would recommend Swift Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing need. Thank you Swift Plumbing!

SWIFT was assigned by our insurance company to fix an active leak in the ceiling that was flooding the garage. The insurance company classified this situation as an ""emergency."" I called SWIFT but they did not have a working phone number. Three numbers were used, and none worked.
My insurance company called them and had the same problem. My insurance company then emailed them and still could not get a hold of them. Ultimately, the insurance had to find a different company and they were professional and fixed the active leak on a Saturday.

American Home Shield assigned me to this company, but what a bust. We had an appointment, which they cancelled. When I called to reschedule the person hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone. What company does that?? Stay very far away from ""Swift"" Plumbing!

CROOK!! They came out to fix my disposal, I was home but busy with my baby and the guy completely took advantage. He ended up switching it out for a different disposal and said everything was all good. When I had the chance to try it I realized it wasn't working properly and actually the lip wasn't compatible with my sink. I tried contacting them for months until I finally got a response and made another appointment. The guy never showed up, and never answered my call again. DO NOT USE!!
