I was playing weekend plumber and broke a plastic pipe underneath the valve and hose bib, while trying to get the hose bib off. It was on beyond my skill level at that point. I called him up and he was able to come over and take a look at it within 30 minutes, as he was in going to be in the area.

After he looked at the project, he was able to fit me in at the end of his day. He was able to replace the old gate valve, with a ball valve, install a new metal union and hose bib. Herman is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable. Whether he likes it or not I will calling him for all my future plumbing issues.

Herman is very knowledgeable and reasonable. He responds quickly and does a good job; he has lots of experiences with old fixtures and plumbing. We thought we might have to change out our nice old fixtures because plumbers we contacted were not so helpful... that is until Swift Plumbing and Herman came to the rescue!

I needed to have my hot water heater replaced and got four or five estimates before I picked Swift Plumbing. He's the best just like all the other reviews state. Not only was he the most reasonable, but he doesn't have a huge overhead like the ""big box plumbers"". Buckley Heating and Air estimated over $300 for the same job Herman did. Hopefully all these reviews won't make him too busy and lose some of that honest and integrity! I had heard this rumor before but Herman verified it: Yelp solicits money from the businesses on it's site in return for being put at the top of the list so shoppers go there first.

A nice guy, an honest guy, and a fast worker with reasonable rates who does the job right. There's no way I'll ever again go to the ""big names"" in plumbing. Seriously, just don't do that. They charge too much, they can take a long time to show up, and if you're thinking ""with the big names I know they'll do it right""... That's just not true and I speak from experience on that.

He showed up when he said he would, he finished the job quickly, and now it works as it should. Better yet, the price didn't increase.

He even ""threw in"" a couple things without a price increase. First, I had a cheap plastic ring retaining the plumbing to my sink, which he upgraded to metal including the part. I also asked if he would move my dishwasher overflow so now I can put a soap dispenser in the hole where the dishwasher overflow was. (He did it the right way.) This is great because now I don't need an ugly soap bottle on the counter. Just looks more tidy.

Long story short I was desperate our master bath had a bad leak, water into the wall. Wedding rehearsal dinner at our house in a few days and out of town guests arriving. Home warranty folks don't return calls so this morning I looked at Yelp..... Called Swift when he opened and he was here at 11:00!!! Problem fixed and cost was EXTREMELY reasonable. I will definitely use him again!!

Water heater went out the day before Xmas eve. Called several companies and the
earliest anyone would come would be the 26th. Found Herman from Swift Plumbing
who promised to come the 24th but then came at 5:00 pm the day before since
he got done with his other jobs early. Bless his heart! The estimates were all over the place
and his was the lowest. Fixed the problem quickly. A+++

Herman from Swift Plumbing is great! He seems very honest and didn't gouge me on prices. He initially came out to fix a clog that turned out to be 40 ft down (he got it) but found additional issues that could have caused major water damage if they broke because the parts were so old and corroded. He wasn't making this up: he showed me the rusted pieces and hoses that were about to break from age. So I had him come back to make these preventive repairs. My dad said compared to his plumber in Bend, OR, Herman/Swift's rates were extremely reasonable. Herman worked efficiently, was easy going and professional and didn't talk down to me like some repairmen do.

Awesome Service!! My mom had some trouble with her garbage disposal.. Swift quickly fixed it and was reasonably priced. Very pleased!
