I have had mixed experience with this company. The first two times I called them they came out and took good care of my problem. The most recent time they came out they did the repair, and then the problem has not seemed to resolve. The reason I am posting this is that they sent me an email wanting a review. I told them I was waiting to see because the problem was continuing. They then initially called me to send someone out, and then sent me an email stating that I was not having the problem (a leaky shower) because the work was done correctly. It might have been done correctly, but my shower still leaks, and this is a new problem after owning this house 4 years.
