Can you add a sixth star? Gary and his crew were great! Probably the best home service experience I have ever had! Gary responded quickly and had a crew member out for a free estimate on replacing old Polybutylene piping with PEX throughout my entire house the next day in Powhatan. Gary responded again quickly with a very fair estimate and also included a teacher's discount that he extends to military and first responders (much appreciated and not seen by other businesses). My entire house was re plumbed, cleaned, vacuumed, walkway washed and left as it was before I came home from work that day with only a very small portion of drywall removed to access central pipes with minimal damage. Over the Thanksgiving holiday I noticed a small leak under a faucet that was probably just jarred loose during the repiping and Gary had it repaired and a new faucet installed the next day. I can't sing their praises enough! If you need quality, timely, FRIENDLY, professional home services Gary is your go to Man! I will definitely use again and will always recommend to my Powhatan and surrounding friends. Don't waste your time calling anyone else In this area-seriously

Swift Creek was recommended to me by my real estate agent. Great! All her recommendations for contract services so far have been excellent! Sorry, not this one. They are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. The first couple times I tried calling I got a full voicemail inbox. I was only able to reach them by spamming them with missed calls until they called back saying, ""we got *a* missed call from this number."" More like six, fella. Ok, so that's how I have to reach them. Well, they couldn't do anything until I actually had my fridge delivered, so as soon as it came I tried calling. Five times--no callbacks. A couple days later, same thing. I tried to reach them for over two weeks. Now, in addition to the fridge's ice maker I also have a dishwasher I need installed, so I went through this again. I GIVE UP. I called another plumber recommended by community members. They called back immediately, so I set up an appointment! Hooray! Another hour goes by... ""Hi, I got a missed call from this number."" SORRY, my dude, but plumbing services often qualify as emergencies, and you've been absentee for over two weeks. I cannot even comprehend how anyone runs a business like this. I literally could have flown in a licensed family member from Indiana faster than it took for Swift Creek to respond to me.

I can't say enough good things about Swift Creek Plumbing. Gary was super friendly and helpful over the phone and had his field manager, Mike Arnold, out to rescue me on the same day!! I've had Mike out to my home a few times now and he is an absolute gem! He is trustworthy, very thorough, and he goes above and beyond every time. Most recently he helped replace the wax rings and several valves throughout our home. He did a great job and while he was working he noticed one of my faucet handles in one of our bathrooms was loose and tightened it up for me just because. He answered all my questions, helped me know what needed to be done, and was very honest with me throughout the whole process. Swift Creek Plumbing is my go to when it comes to any plumbing need because I know I can count on them and trust them with my home.

Gary and his young apprentice came out this morning after we lost our ceiling from a leaking tub. He diagnosed, fixed, and tested the tub and drains in 30 min flat. Great job, friendly service, would definitely have them fix anything else we needed.
