After my prior review relating to the """"trip charge"""", Nikki from Swift Brothers reached out to me and tried to earn my business so I'd thought I'd give them a try. They seemed eager to earn my business and I appreciated that. They had a next day opening which would have been great, but I had a scheduling conflict so got a slot the day after next between 12pm and 4pm. I was surprised when I got an automated email then a call from the plumber around 9:30 am letting me know they were on the way and 20 minutes out. No worries, fortunately I was home, and better to have an early plumber than a late one or a no-show! Plumber arrived, was polite & professional, and ready to work. I explained the job, received and accepted the on-site estimate which was explained clearly, and work got under way. I was very pleased so far and Swift Brothers would have earned a five star review had it not been for two things. First, when moving the new toilet into the bathroom, the plumber cornered the toilet too hastily, hitting the tile wall and breaking a corner tile on the doorway. My heart instantly sank. Accidents do happen, it wasn't intentional, and I did receive a verbal apology - however it doesn't change the fact that my vintage 1958 bathroom with original tile which was in good condition and survived intact since Dwight D. Eisenhower was President is now damaged in an obvious spot for no good reason. So now I have the new unwanted project plus the added expense of trying to source a replacement corner tile of matching color and finish, and then finding a tile contractor to extract the broken tile and install the new one in order to bring my vintage bathroom back to its full glory. That is, assuming I'm ever able to find a replacement corner tile that matches. I almost expected a discount due to the damage, but in reality no discount would of really made up for the time and cost I will expend fixing this. The other issue and reason why I cannot give a more positive review, is that I noticed the toilet would run about every 60 seconds. I wasn't sure if this repetitive drain/fill cycle was a due to defective toilet or an installation issue. Before leaving, the plumber tested many flushes, but never waited very long between each flush. I called Kohler, the maker of my toilet, they are sending a replacement canaster thinking it was defective. Not wanting to wait almost a week over a holiday weekend with a constantly running toilet, I pulled out the installation instructions I saved and started investigating the inside to the toilet to see if there was anything I could do in the interim. Ended up that the inside components needed to be tuned and adjusted properly. I needed to adjust the float to match the canaster fill line and adjust the lever chain to be correct length so the rubber seal on the canaster makes contact where the water drains out. After I did those two things, the toilet stopped draining and refilling on its own. Simple enough and easy fix, but not something I'd expect to have to do after just having a toilet professionally installed. Overall, this ended up being a """"mixed bag."""" I really wanted to end up writing a better review but unfortunately that isn't how it panned out.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Schedule appointment 8-12, called in at 11:30 am to check on update as to when was technician arriving bcs it was close to appointment time. Was told he was in route. 1pm the technician is a no show; called in they gave me excuses and that he was in route and had to wait another 45 min. Cancelled and will never use or recommend. Look elsewhere for professionalism.

I contacted this company to service our outdoor tankless water heater as it had tripped an alarm on the indoor controller. A service tech named Bill arrived and did some troubleshooting and cleaning of the unit. He seemed pleasant, knowledgable, and competent. It took less than an hour and he presented a bill for $210, which seemed high. He said he believed that the problem was fixed but if it happened again he would need to come back to clean the burner chamber at a cost of $1550, or we could buy a new unit (they cost about $2800 installed). I said the cost to clean the burner chamber was very high and asked if there was anything else it could be. He said he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me in one or two days. I never heard back from him. A week later the same thing happened. We contacted the manufacturer and were told the burner chamber needs cleaning and it takes about an hour to do. Do not trust these people.

Had a leak at our rental property and Beau came out quickly. I was very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. I thought... I should have stayed and watched him make the """"repair"""". He called me to authorize work of ~$1200 to pull our toilet (that was clogged), fix a pee trap under our mobile and fix the leak under the mobile. To complete this, he would have to use a 3"""" to 6"""" line, Large drum, K60 or equivalent (a specialized machine to clear drains), would have to remove the toilet, put it back on, and reseal the toilet. He said it would take a couple of hours to complete I said it needed to be done, was not expecting to spend 1/2 that amount, but hoping all would be well. He called my husband shortly after he arrived and told us the good news that the toilet was clear and there was a piece of wood in the mainline, once removed everything was great. We were happy thinking everything was taken care of and that it would cost less due to the """"repair"""" taking all of 20 min. Nope! Same price. Upon looking at my invoice, and speaking with my tenant, he did not remove the toilet and did not use the machine. He said that he would give a $100 refund for not removing the toilet. I have not received confirmation of the $100 refund and am also going to request a refund for the machine charge of $433. Hours after Beau left, my tenants were doing dishes in the sink and the bathtub backed up with food and other drainage. I called Beau to inform him of the issue and he said that he did not know what our tenants were doing but if we needed Swift Bros. to come out we would have to call the office and pay more $$. In additional to that, he had my tenant run the water for 30 seconds in the tub before he left and some water came out. Beau told me that there was a crack in the shower and it would be $4-5k to fix that! We were finally able to clear the tub after stopping at Home Depot and buying a $40 snake to clear the tub on our own. Needless to say, we felt scammed and will be reporting this to the BBB. Beau and his boss should be ashamed of themselves to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

Detailed apology left for not showing up. That's more than most folks. Thanks. I'm not sour. We just moved on. Take care
