I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Jared and Swensons. We had something lodged in our kitchen pipe and were told we would have to redo the pipes and pull out of walls for it costing who knows how much! We called Swensons and when he came he worked on it for an hour before completely fixing the problem. He is a kitchen life saver! :) they are officially saved in our phones as our plumbers! A female who answered phone just now, hung up on my grandfather. Canceling services. He has been using company for Years now. She was very rude. I was in room at time. I guess she was annoyed he called twice & renters called once over last 2 days. My grandfather was just trying to figure out when they would head over to rental house. My grandfather had them fix a clog in drain about 6 weeks ago. And now has another clogged drain again. He just wanted a time frame. My grandfather knew the owner and even 1 of his sons worked for my grandfather. Just poor customer service on the female who answered phone. Everybody else he has ever communicated with has been great.

I've used Swenson's Plumbing for years, ever since my neighbor gave me their number. I've used them mainly to run the snake to unclog my aging drains. They have also run gas and water lines. Gabe has been to my house many times and it was always on time, clean solid work. I hear we're neighbors now.

Had a leak coming through the walls, so decided to call them through a referral from my aunt. Good thing is that this company is family owned and operated. No BS, just good hard working people.

Gabe came out to fix the leak, and was incredibly fast and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what to do, what to use, and was like a surgeon with skillful precision. He basically removed a bad T joint, soldered in a new one, and also did some right angle valve replacements. Total work time was probably 1 hour and change...a couple hours at most.

He took time to answer all of my questions, and was very professional. Very clean work, nice soldering! See attached photo. Also, laid down drop cloths and towels, did not make a mess at all.

Love this company, and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Plumbing is a science and handymen should not pretend as they know when they don't. But handymen are very skilled people if they are good at it. Recently my handyman did some electrical, drywall and painting work in my bathroom.
I had to call for a plumber since he gave me doubts of his plumbing work going from I sink to 2-sink vanity.
I had 3 estimates from Plumbing companies in Simi. Jason at Swenson's Plumbing & Drain Service gave me the very honest and right opinion to run plumbing and new drain line. I hired him on the spot and he finished the work including installing new faucets. He was also smart enough to open the other side of the wall to do the plumbing work. He was not only most reliable but gave me the best price as well. Sure the company is not a big company, but I believe they do really good and honest work for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. My wife, who is a Property Manager in Simi, always hires Swenson's Plumbing & Drain Service.

Gabe and Jason have saved us a lot of heartbreak and money the three times we've used them. They fixed our clogged drain line that another plumber actually broke. They tunneled under our front porch and saved us having to do massive brick work. As I understand it, the big plumbing companies need to make something like $700-$800 a visit to cover their high overhead. Swenson's has tried to save us money every step of the way. I will use their services in the future. The only two plumbing tools I need are a phone and a check book. I cannot and will not do plumbing anymore. Thanks guys. A good family business.

We had an issue with our toilet and needed a new one which Gabe came in and installed and did it record time. Gabe was a professional and he also took care of our kitchen sink which also need new pipes down below.
