I found Swell Plumbing after researching reviews on Yelp. I was extremely pleased with the entire process from the moment I called to schedule the appointment to when the job was complete.
They were on time, professional, kind, informed and shared the process with me the entire way through. They were reasonably priced for the work they performed and made the payment process seamless. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely call them again for any plumbing needs.

What's a holiday weekend without a plumbing problem? Ours was mysterious water pooling in our garage. Called on Sunday and got a response by the end of the day that Jeff would be here the next day (today, Memorial Day).

Woke up today and water was all gone. Called to maybe cancel but he said ""I can come by and take a look"". Good thing I did. First the plan was to try to diagnose if/where there was a moisture/leak where we could see water had escaped from behind a wall. The price was reasonable and within minutes the problem was diagnosed - sewer had been intermittently backing up into our never used downstairs shower and because toilet seal was old it was also coming up through bottom of toilet but also therefore sneaking out through the wall and into the garage.

Jeff and Kyle found the sewer clean out, did a little camera work and of course there were roots. Those were reamed out, toilet was reseated and where roots are
coming in to sewer line was identified. May have to fix that in the future (roots like to root) but happy ending for today.

Now, about Kyle and Jeff: clearly very knowledgeable, reasonable price, explained everything and allowed me to video the explanation for my other half and just in general it was a very positive experience.

It is so hard to know who to call in these situations. The reviews were wonderful (esp the real estate agent who has to refer contractors) so I gave it a whirl and now I have a forever plumber!

I had Jeff come to my home on very short notice to find a leak detected by my Flo leak detection system. He was prompt to answer the phone and described exactly what he would do - gave me an honest quote and quickly inserted me into his schedule. He came about 90 minutes later with his one of his partners, Dakota - and I couldn't be happier with both of them. Ya know that feeling you get when you're dealing with someone who's honest and cares? I immediately got that feeling with Jeff and Dakota and felt very comfortable about letting them find the issue.

They spent about an hour going thru every fitting and pipe in my home - and luckily they traced the problem to something simple and easy to resolve.

I will have zero hesitation calling Swell again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumbing team.

I originally hired Swell Plumbing from a referral from my General Contractor for master bathroom remodel. They did a great job, advised where to spend money and where I did not need to spend money. The job was a home run, entire bathroom remodel, changed copper, installed finish, moved drains. Every time they showed up, they were on time, cleaned every day, were super kind and total pros. The job cost ended up being exactly what they promised.

Fast forward, we had a slow drain in our master shower, Kyle and Cole showed up, unfortunately showed us what we did wrong to cause the slow drain, cleaned it, fixed it and left the place spotless.

If you have any residential plumbing needs, they can handle all of it. Great job Swell Plumbing!
