BEWARE THE PRICE THEY GIVE YOU IS A LIE. They double the price without any reason.... if I didn't check the credit card I wouldn't know! The manager didn't care at all, very rude and they didn't listen at all. They basically told me 'it's my problem and I should deal with it' . They job they did wasn't even good!!!! Don't use them even if you're from the area.

Travis, Jeff and the team at Swell Plumbing was amazing from start to finish. We had unanticipated damage from our water heater. Their professionalism and communication with the restoration company and insurance helped relieve our stress. Their repairs were thorough reasonable. We could not give them enough praise. Had SWELL come out to install a Re-Circulation pump. No run around, price quoted (which was competitive) was the price I paid. And on top of that, he had to run to get me a new pump b/c the one I bought ""new"" from Lowes turned out to be totally used. He was back in 15 min. with a smile and quick install. Jeff was truly top notch service and I have found our plumber! Totally happy w/this company!!!

Swell was referred to me by ServiceFirst and Jeff and Taylor came. I had a slow leak in a pressure line in the wall of my garage. They were quick at detecting the problem, efficient at fixing it, the price was reasonable and very service minded. I would definitely use them again! Thanks for your help Jeff and Taylor!

Swell was also referred to me by ServiceFirst to fix a burst pipe in my slab foundation. They came out the same day and were able to cap the pipe. A couple of days later they did the reroute (once insurance approved the work). The guys were very personable and did a great job. Don't worry about the ""surfer"" first impression. Getting the job done right matters most.

Jeff was recommended by my neighbor Roger.
They've done the little jobs... small minor clog.. and also the bigger one.. little pin holes on the pipes under the crawl space.
I like Jeff. He is personable, experienced and thorough. We had a leak and other plumbers couldnt figure it out. He saw problem immediately. I recommend them to family and friends.

Okay this company was named properly. Swell it is.
Jeff just left our house after diagnosing an irrigation leak after 2 other specialists couldn't figure it out. He spent half an hour guiding me through the situation and said it was not a leak but a broken irrigation pipe. How right he was. Since it wasn't a leak or anything he needed to fix he didn't even charge me! What??? My usual plumber charges me $150 just to walk in the door. Jeff said that consults are free. He was so knowledgeable and fair. My neighbor used him for a huge problem she had with tree roots blocking her sewer line. She said he was so professional and his company was the only one who could find the problem and that his rates were so reasonable.
I am going to use him to check all our drains to prepare for the coming El Nino season! And now I am thrilled that I have a plumber to call who I can trust and rely on!
