My wife and I are loyal customers of Sweetwater's excellent service from projects they have completed on our home. We turned to them this month when we abruptly developed an unusual but very worrisome leak from our 1st floor ceiling located below a 2nd floor bathroom. Matt came out quickly to form a plan and together with Victor and Andrew, the leak was found quickly before severe damage had occurred. Victor, Anthony and Dakota then worked on removing and replacing a pipe with a pinhole leak, then installed new intake pipes to avoid similar events in the future. We were given clear, simple explanations and shown their progress each step of the way. We appreciate all the members' professionalism and initiative to explain the issues in layman's terms to us. Can't thank them all enough, especially the hands on work of Victor, Andrew, Anthony and Dakota. Similar to our prior experiences with Sweetwater, they came through for us once again, and we highly recommend them for their excellent work.

Sweetwater Plumbing delivered a great service. The technician that was sent out was Victor. Victor sent updated times about his arrival. He was very friendly and a good conversationalist. After discussing the issues with the bathroom. Victor got to work promptly. He was able to fix the issue in record time and tested the issue multiple times to ensure it worked. He also tested it in front of us. Victor was very professional and gave great advice to prevent this issue in the future.

Service was good but disappointed in rate had same drain cleared twice before and the rate amazingly over doubled in price so going to have to look for another plumbing contractor

They charged me $2300 ($1000 +$1300) to open my sewer line. The second visit they told me my line is fine and provided no other estimates or say there is anything else that needs to be done. Two months later it's clogged and now they say I have to pay again to open the line and provide an estimate on further fixing.
