We moved a laundry room, which required as much engineering as plumbing. They completed the job in two days and did good work with the mess of DIY construction this house's previous owner left. They explained what needed to be done and why. Felt the price was fair given the complexity of the job. Communication could have been better at times and there was a slight upsell to my wife when we paid them, but overall pleased and would use them again; and will when we tackle the kitchen.

Very unprofessional. I called on a Monday to have someone come give an estimate. He said they could be out there Friday sometime between 9-11am and that they would call that morning and let me know an exact time. We arranged our schedule to make sure someone would be home Friday morning. No word Friday morning so I called around 10:40am to confirm someone was still coming. I received an email about an hour later saying they were dealing with an emergency job from the night before and would be in touch with me soon. I never heard back.

Sweet's came out the same day, gave me a quote, and answered all of my questions. They also told me things that would need to be replaced in the future and were very patient. I would definitely call them again.

We had new granite countertops installed by a stone company (not Sweet's) in 3 bathrooms and our kitchen. Tad Sweet stayed in touch with us prior to the project, came over beforehand to make sure we were on the same page, and after the countertops were put in, Tad and Dylan installed all the plumbing. While they were doing that, they corrected a broken pipe and fixed problems that seemed to have existed since the house was originally built. Everything is legal now and up to code. My wife and I are very happy with Sweet's. We would definitively unquestionably call them again.

I sent Sweet's a text message around 8:50pm on a Wednesday evening. I received a response within 15 minutes. I was given an arrival time of the next morning between 9 - 11. Around 9am the next morning I received a text stating they would be here in 20 minutes which they were. Our house is over 40 years old so they suggested to upgrade some warn items and old pipes that would help with the water pressure. Seeing how we were in the process of redoing a shower and everything was exposed it would be the perfect time to make these changes. It was several hundred of dollars more, but we felt we would regret not having the job done right when the opportunity was right. They give a military/senior discount and their work is guaranteed for 1 year which is more than I can say for the 200k addition we had done in 2021! We highly recommend this company!!!
