Wade W.We called Sweets out on a Sunday afternoon because we had thought we fixed a burst pipe only to find out we didn't fix the whole problem and were in over our heads.
We called and were able to talk to a technician. He talked with us about the problem and gave us pricing for coming out on Sunday. He told us he would be here in about an hour and a half.
And hour and a half later, he showed up. Very courteous and professional he got to work right away. Replaced some of the parts we had ""fixed"" with better parts without saying anything. He worked for about an hour, checked the system and verified that it was not still leaking and gave us a bio for exactly what he said it would be.
Only three days in but no more problems and the fix looked very good quality.
Highly recommend this company. We are actually going to have them come back out and fix different problem in the coming weeks.
