If I could not put any stars at all I would. I will not waste anymore time with this company. They are rude and unprofessional, do not return phone calls and do not finish their work. I called Evans Plumbing the day I quit Sweets and Evans showed up within an hour of time calling them. I was expecting them to show up and give me an estimate, no they showed up and told me what was wrong and started fixing the problem. That's how a company should be. Not give you the run around and are rude to you and tell you ""to do the work yourself until they can come out to your house."" I will never call Sweets again.

Not even a star is appropriate. They do not show up for appointments do not return calls do not fix your problem and then are rude to you when you call to explain that your problem is not fixed. My daughter was told ""you are welcome to work on it yourself"". I recommend calling Evans Plumbing they always arrive, are polite and fix your problem.

These people are horrible! They came out to replace the broken handle in my shower. He didn't tell us what he was doing, he removed the metal tub spout-that didn't need to be changed-replaced it with a small plastic one that is just hanging there with about 1/2' of space between it and the shower wall. Then charged us an astronomical amount and when I asked for an itemized receipt; they refused.
