The best plumbing company in the state if not the county! Always very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and respectful. Upon receiving a recommendation from another company we first used them almost a year ago to fix a supply line in our home. Since then we have had three other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed with one being an emergency they responded the same day and fixed or main line break. Unbelievable, employees and Amber is just TOTALLY AWESOME in the office. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE!!! They will be the FIRST & ONLY PLUMBERS that we use! A special shout out to Jeremy as your the BEST!!! Many THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!

Sure they did the job that they were supposed to do (which should be the bare minimum for a customer) but the two younger guys that came made such a mess I can't recommend them. I feel that when a 'professional' company comes to service your house, they would want to leave it better than they found it and these guys didn't. They tracked so much mud and dirt throughout my hallways and bathroom it's ridiculous. They left crap all on my floors and even on my bathroom door from their hands. The worst part is that they stained my bath rug with some kind of chemicals and dirt, didn't tell me that they did and then LEFT MY RUG FLIPPED ONTO THE OPPOSITE SIDE so that I would find it myself when they left. Completely unacceptable and totally unprofessional. Will not be calling them back ever. UPDATE: Called to get my ruined rug reimbursed and for them to explain the mess and was told that they 'couldn't find a hose to wash up at' so they didn't even try to clean up after themselves and also 'well one of the guys did wear booties' so you admit the other didn't? Why didn't your guys bring enough booties to wear or better yet, TAKE YOUR MUDDY SHOES OFF? They had no problem using my paper towels for wiping their hands when dealing with the toilet water. Not to mention the mess they left everywhere else- and no, they didn't even ask me for cleaning supplies which I would've happily provided had they cared enough. The woman who picked up the phone was rude, short tempered and was completely disrespectful. She also said that they denied staining my rug and leaving it flipped which of course they did. She did not talk to me like a customer they care to help. Instead she treated me like crap- but what else should I expect from such a crappy 'company'? The whole team is completely out of their depth. Never ever again.

Jeremy & Kyle did a fantastic job! We had two leaking showers which they repaired quickly. They arrived on time & completed the work with great professionalism. We will definitely use them again & highly recommend to others.

The Sweetmans crew and crew manager were amazing ! Never had a better experience with a plumber service in 25 years living of living in our 1915 home. The professionalism , honesty, competency, knowledge, efficiency, and attitude went beyond measure ! The original evaluation for our problem with sewer line to street was so thorough and they found the exact problems that other company's had missed. The crew resolved our difficult problem at a third of the cost that others companies had recommended to fix. Other companies that i had look at for bid and evaluation recommended total sewer line ( house to street replacement ) instead of investigating specific targeted problems and resolving them with less work but same outcome ! The crew was hardworking honest and totally customer oriented with saving us thousands of dollars and with competent repairs done with minimal yard disruptions! They were hard workers committed to resolving our problem with patience, keeping us well informed as project continued while solving the difficult problem, and so pleasant and respectful to work with !

Toilet would not flush Wednesday. Kept trying to plunger it but with no results. On Thursday morning I called a plumbing co. who said they would call me back. Still waiting on that call-back. Friday called 3 company's and Sweetman's who said they had a cancellation in the afternoon and would be happy to come out. Not only fixed the back-up but also the leak it's had for years and the leaks in the kitchen sink. They were professional, kept me informed when I inquired how things were, and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with the plumber, who returned Saturday morning to clear up something. I would recommend this company to anyone who inquired if I knew a good plumbing company and will definitely call them again if I have plumbing needs. Elizabeth in Cleveland Ga.

Very happy my neighbor recommended them. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue we were having, he clearly and patiently explained it. Sean was also polite and professional. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Sweetmans and will certainly use them again if needed.
