I called Terrence regarding a leak in September 2021 and he stated he was going to swing by to fix but he never showed up. So I called a week later and he stated he was having problem with his truck and would come once his truck is fixed. He has avoided every call and text for the past 4 months . I would not recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable company . Very unprofessional, very unreliable ,horrible communication ,worst owner of a company to deal with .. thumbs down zero stars

Had a great experience with Sweet Tee's Plumbing. They showed up on time with masks on. I had a water heater installed and they were very professional and did an excellent job on the install! They cleaned up the after the job and were reasonably priced.

I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I called Terrence after a leak left quite a mess in my bathroom and bedroom. He fixed the leak and corrected the mess from the previous plumber my husband hired. I'm thankful because he was true to his word and stayed until the job was complete. It wasn't easy job because it is a mobile home. The size of the plumbing pieces are not standard sizes that plumbers keep on hand. He diagnosed the issue then set up a plan to tackle it.
I didn't bother to ask how much it was for the job but was secretly praying it wasn't a small fortune. It was very reasonable. I'm thankful that he came during this covid 19 pandemic and resolved the issue.

Will I can him again? Yes, Absolutely!
Would I recommend him? Yes, Absolutely!

I really can't say enough about the prompt service I received. Tenant Calle due to notify of a problem. Placed a call to Sweet Tees and was pleasantly surprised with his willingness to help. Went right over to my rental and fixed my central problem! Called with the update, explained everything he did and thought I might need to be aware of. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs work done! I'll be a repeat customer!

Terrence is a really great plumber and very honest guy. He worked on my house after pipes broke during freezing weather in January. He and his team were here until the problem was fixed (sometimes until 2 am!) and he was meticulous in his work. Although I paid the general contractor on the job, Terrence never got paid. This did not prevent him from working for me again and helping me with various plumbing issues around my house (leaking toilet, faucet install, adding HVAC vent, etc.). I trust him implicitly which is something I don't often say about people I don't know well!! I highly recommend Terrence and his company.
