We contacted them 2 weeks ago regarding a relatively small job. It would end up being around $500.00 according to what they quoted me. Still waiting for a call back. Maybe the job wasn't lucrative enough? I made the mistake of telling the person who answered the phone that we had just bought a home here. Big mistake. Small towns like this don't seem to welcome ""outsiders"". (Oddly, we are both native to the area.) At least, that's been our experience in the past. We thought Sisters was different since the vast majority of people here have been neighborly and welcoming. We will call other companies until someone actually follows through.

We had water shooting out of our main irrigation whenever the water was turned on in the house - a big problem. And it happened the weekend of the eclipse. Help was impossible to find as most businesses in the area took a three-day weekend, understandably. The folks at Sweeney were kind enough to call me back even though they were not open and let me know they put us on their schedule first thing that next morning. The plumber was prompt, efficient, and effective! Really great service

We had Sweeney Plumbing come out to check on a leak. The guy was on time, pleasant, and hustled through his work. He identified two problems we had not noticed. Did his work quickly and efficiently. This really seems like a company you can trust.

We had a huge flood of unknown origin and called Sweeney to diagnose it.
The guy was there for an hour, said he needed to leave for a bigger job, told me it was a loose connection and left. $200. Still flooding.
Called the next day, the guy came back. Did something - God knows what, crawled under the house - left a few hours later. $500. Still flooding. In the end I called ServePro of Bend. They figured it out within minutes. It was a failed water heater.
Did my insurance re-imburse me for the Sweeney mess? No they did not.
$700 out of pocket for NO SERVICE AT ALL from Sweeney.
When I called them on it, they just looked at me dumbly. As if they were helpless.
No.
I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I've used Sweeney plumbing several times over the years and always with great results. The only thing I've ever heard negative about them is that they are expensive. However I have compared their rates to other plumbers in the area and they are nearly identical. I will use Sweeney again next time.

Every time they have been on time and totally committed to excellent service and professional products. Top quality products are used in all of their installs.
Clean and polite as well as knowledgeable technicians.
When they left the only evidence of their being here was the job was done. No mess!
