Nick and his team worked at lightning speed. It was quite amazing all the work we needed done and it was done in a few days. He came out on the weekend to scope it out and to see if he could give us any temporary relief. He then gave us really clear options for fixing the issue. He was then able to work us into his already booked week, knowing that our sewer problem had basically left us without any working bathrooms,- and in a full family household, that's not great situation. When he and his team showed up they worked quickly to fix the problem, keeping the mess contained and out of our living areas. And he was fairly priced to boot! Description of Work: We had a piece of roots growing in the pipe. After years of being in the a massive clog built up flooding our restroom with sewage. Nick and crew had to cut the main sewer pipe to get it out and in a really tight area and them put it back together so things would work again.

Our main line to the house cracked and began leaking - probably started small and then the dam broke. Nick had his guys come right away late at night to help us shut things off and look for the source - but it was under the lawn. Jose came next day and dug the trench below and installed copper pipe to get us water right away. It was Friday so had to wait until next week to get city approval and then they finished it up, all for a reasonable price and no surprises. We weren't home when they finished and we didn't like the look of the lawn at first - so Nick sent Oscar who was just fabulous - he watered down the trench and leveled the grass and even OFFERED to buy more lava rocks to fill in the gaps left behind (see after photo). Also fixed some wiring that was left exposed. All in all a great job.

My neighbor contacted SWE Sewer Solutions to take care of a plumbing issue and my sewer line runs right under theirs. In assessing the area, Jose showed the utmost professionalism in notifying me that my pipe had a huge crack in it. He discussed the issue with me and even spoke with my own plumber to make me feel more comfortable and reassured. The issue is currently being resolve and Jose was very accommodating and understanding of our financial situation.
