Charging people for something they don't need by miss diagnosing then saying you need something else and charging 5 times the amount to repair something that doesn't need replacing.

I do not like this company at all, they come across as corrupt if u ask me. Dont understand why the insurance use them. They didn't fix the problem but looked at me in my face and said they did. Called them back out got charged another fee. Maybe in 2025 people will wake up and work together against these types of companies. U cant tell me people have not complained to the insurance company about the way S.W.AT does business. It shows u how the insurance company doesn't care one bit. Going forward we will pay out of our pocket to a honest plumber.

Quality - UNRELIABLE
They sent a contracted plumber who damaged our absolutely clean toilet bowl with many scratches when using a snake. Then he denied that he did it and only agreed after he checked his recording of his own work!
I have called them 4 times and they won't return or respond on hold when they know the reason of my call - to fix the scratched.

I am not sure how they consider themselves honest or professional. I will never use them again
