My son bought his house a few months ago. I noticed one of his electric water heaters had water in the pan. He used his HOW Warranty and they sent out S W A T Plumbing. The plumber looked at it by taking photos and said a new heater was needed, but my son's out of pocket for parts was going to be $1304 because of all the different plumbing needed. I never said a word but asked further questions on what if he replaced the other heater at same time. Plumber said another $3000 for labor and new heater. The plumber was not even consistent in his lying. I had my plumber come out & look at water heater and he said it was leaking from a cap that was torn and replaced it. He did not charge my son for the simple fix, since he has done a lot of work for me. I knew my line of questions indicated this plumber was not honest. Obviously, SWAT Plumbing can't be recommended. If you see SWAT drive up, don't walk away, but run as fast as you can and hold your wallet.
