Had to go through this company because of my home warranty. My main line was leaking and they wanted $1500 to dig a 2' x 2' x 2' hole that my home warranty wouldn't cover cause there was grass on it and then charge my home warranty company for the repairs. I called another plumbing company I have dealt with I. The past and they did the whole thing for $780 including digging, fixing, permit and filling back up. I will never willingly call this company.

Oh lordy, this was a doozy.

Our home warranty company subcontracted with SWAT to fix a broken shower faucet.

After days of phone tag and them not responding, a plumber came out. I could barely even get him to look at much less understand what we were asking for.

He then caused additional damage, left a huge hole in our wall, and then lied to our home warranty company (and neglected to tell them that he caused damage).

If you're thinking about calling them, you def shouldn't.

If your home warranty company dispatches them. stop them immediately and request a new plumber. You could end up with more damage, a hole in your wall and a dishonest report to your home warranty company.
