Scott Swartz, representing the third generation of this family enterprise, initiated his career in the warehouse, learning the ropes from the ground up. Upon graduating from college in 1989, he joined the family business on a full-time basis. In his professional development, Scott established valuable relationships with talented long-term staff and esteemed builders and contractors in central PA.
