ABSOLUTELY AWFUL TERRIBLE service. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!

Service tech Kevin S came to my house to cable my main line because it was backed up. After cabling for 2 hours he told me ""it's clogged"". Well yeah it's clogged that's why I called you guys to fix it!!!!. When I asked why it was clogged he then responded with ""I don't know"". His next idea was to pull the toilet and attempt to clear the line through there which would have cost me an additional $300-400 on top of already paying $250 for absolutely nothing. Luckily I said no thank you.

I called Roto Rooter and they fixed the problem within an hour and a half doing the same exact thing !!!!

Oh it gets better, I called and spoke to the manager Steven, he was extremely rude, cocky, arrogant, and talked down to me.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, do not fall victim to this company. I hope I can save the next person hundreds of dollars by leaving this review.

Ryan started everything off on a solid note when he arrived before his scheduled estimate. He walked us through the process, showed uswhere everything would be placed and provided an estimate that same day. Carl, Joey and Tony are an amazing technician/installation team! They even started early in the morning to beat the heat. All three were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to all our questions. The best part is they cleaned up after themselves better than I would have done myself. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be utilizing them for any service calls. A+++

We had the WONDERFUL Tom Smith out to our home this morning. The man is absolutely one of kind! He's a genius when it comes to plumbing, and an awesome personality to go along with it. Tom Smith from JR plumbing came out because I had a slow running pipe from my laundry backing up. Tom called before he came, and was friendly and pleasant even to my inquisitive cats. Pricing was fair, and professional. Great job Tom. You give Swanson's a good name.

J.r Swanson plumbing is a literal joke , charged us $250 to come in our basement and not have the right equipment. Couldn't get a a phone call back until
Wednesday. Do not call them with a emergency go somewhere else.

I would not call them again if it was the last furnace place on the planet! Sold me a Guardian furnace that they had put a York decal on! It's a low model furnace made by York. Their service guy was a real con man, driving around doing side jobs with their vehicle, stating he had Jim's blessing. The central air condenser only lasted a 1 1/2 years ! They sent a guy out that could not find the leak, had no idea what to do, I had to read him the instructions for the dye test. Finally I had the unit replaced by somebody else. I had given these guys a 200.00 tip when they put the furnace in not knowing what they had done, shame on me. Called their supplier, furnace manufacturer, got letters from them.Decided to much trouble to get a lawyer and go through court. The company's GM was nasty and said to bad for me!

HORRIBLE company! We called them a few weeks ago as of this writing. First appointment - they show up, gave us an estimate, and scheduled an appointment to do the work. That day comes and goes with no one showing up - no explanation. My wife calls the office. They offered apologies and the appointment was rescheduled a week later. once again, no one shows up! No phone call, nothing. My wife calls the office. They apologize and assure my wife someone would call that evening. Nothing! The next day, after I posted a negative review on their FB page, their service manager, Darryl Carr, emails me and says he wishes I would have contacted him before posting a negative review. The reality is this - We contacted them several times and no one showed up. I envy the people who gave this company a god review. At least they showed up for their appointments! AWFUL company and if you Google them and look at their Google reviews, they have pulled this before. Spread the word!

Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced.
Had a sewer issue, they came out and fixed within a couple hours. The plumber that came to the house went above and beyond of what was expected.
Highly recommend!!!!!
