Canceled our appointments to prioritize ""emergencies"" literally every time I scheduled furnace, AC or water heater service over a multiple year period, and on top of that they don't seem to care or want to acknowledge that this is unprofessional and inconveniences the paying customer. Once they show up their technicians do good work but the management of this place is a disaster. Leads to more frustrating phone calls than it's worth.

Technician sent out had not been properly trained to do the work required. He was supposed to tune up and professionally clean my furnace. However,
when he left, he failed to turn the furnace back on. When I woke up, the thermostat read 58 degrees, rather than the 72 degrees I had it set at when he arrived. The house was very cold, and although they did send someone out to fix the problem, with the temperature outside at 35 degrees, my house was cold all night and did not warm up again until about 3 p.m. Although in the mailer I received from Swan which stated, ""If you ever have an issue, just call us and we'll mail you a refund check"" is a lie. Not only do they not live up to what they print, Dawn, the manager to whom I spoke said since they took care of the problem within 24 hours, that no refund would be issued. Apparently, treating an 83 year old woman to an extremely cold house in
December in Colorado is not an issue for their concern!

Cameron was very kind and punctual. He did a great job of explaining his findings, what they meant, and my options.

Canceled on me twice and both times it was the day before. My theory is because it was only maintenance of a newer HVAC system, they could make more money elsewhere.

Super impressed with Brentley and Swan. Brentley is professional, friendly and provides exceptional customer service. He performed our furnace tune-up and not only did he do a thorough job, he took the time to explain everything, so I learned a lot. Thank you!

Cameron was so great! He was friendly, upfront, honest, and all around a good guy. He kept me in the loop of everything he was doing, referenced his supervisor when he wasn't completely sure about anything (which I highly appreciated!), and was all around just a good human being. I work in the service industry and could not say better things about Cameron. Because of him we enrolled in their membership program (a great deal). Swan obviously gets what it means to be a truly customer oriented company. Cheers to them!

In August of 2022 I had new heating and cooling system installed and agreed to join club and have been paying monthly. Repair people have been consistently arriving after the assigned window time with various excuses. I called last week because humidifier isn't working and cannot get an appointment for a month !

We requested a technician to check our heater to make sure it was working properly. Cameron Coca came out checked everything. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he did things. The main thing he found was the need for a new filter. He also made some other recommendations for us to consider. Very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Had an electrical problem. Kenny traced the issue and was able to replace the bad outlet issue in great time. my issue was in the garage and Kenny tracked the issue into the dining room. will definitely ask for Kenny the next time!
