I can't give any stars. I made an appointment for basic HVAC maintenance. The day of my appointment, no one showed up at the time window I was given. I called, and was told they would be arriving at a later time. That time came and went. No one showed, no call. I called and left a message, and never received a call back.

I have a monthly service plan with this company for over 5 years now, I am suppose to get two free equipment tune up per year one for my furnace and one for the AC that I sign up for when SWAN Plumbing installed the equipment into my home this was to include a new filter into my furnace provided by SWAN Plumbing twice a year, I called and scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out and had a three hour time frame on a Tuesday in the middle of the afternoon. I set up for someone to be at my home to meet with the tech and when the tech showed guess what they did not even have a replacement filter for the SO CALLED SERVICE. Ever since this company went under new management they SUCK! I will be cancelling my monthly payment to this company for this service as I can put that money into my own bank account and hire a reliable company who will perform the work that I pay for and come prepared to do the job correct instead of paying a company to rip me off and not provide the service I Pay for. THEIVES!!!!!!!

I seem to be posting lots of boiler repair reviews. It's because I have an old boiler.
Anyway, the boiler made a big noise and spewed water in the basement on Christmas Day 2023. I made lots of calls with no luck.
The person I talked to at Swan said he didn't have anyone, but then took the time to explain what might be going on and how I might repair it myself. He also gave me some reassurance that my pipes wouldn't freeze overnight and gave me suggestions about what I might do to minimize the chance of frozen pipes.
That he would take the time out of his holiday festivities to provide detailed information to a mechanical ignoramus like me impressed me immensely

Canceled our appointments to prioritize ""emergencies"" literally every time I scheduled furnace, AC or water heater service over a multiple year period, and on top of that they don't seem to care or want to acknowledge that this is unprofessional and inconveniences the paying customer. Once they show up their technicians do good work but the management of this place is a disaster. Leads to more frustrating phone calls than it's worth.

Technician sent out had not been properly trained to do the work required. He was supposed to tune up and professionally clean my furnace. However,
when he left, he failed to turn the furnace back on. When I woke up, the thermostat read 58 degrees, rather than the 72 degrees I had it set at when he arrived. The house was very cold, and although they did send someone out to fix the problem, with the temperature outside at 35 degrees, my house was cold all night and did not warm up again until about 3 p.m. Although in the mailer I received from Swan which stated, ""If you ever have an issue, just call us and we'll mail you a refund check"" is a lie. Not only do they not live up to what they print, Dawn, the manager to whom I spoke said since they took care of the problem within 24 hours, that no refund would be issued. Apparently, treating an 83 year old woman to an extremely cold house in
December in Colorado is not an issue for their concern!
