Swan plumbing improperly installed shower assembly, causing a leak into my brand new home which had to be ripped out, walls had to be ripped out ceilings had to be ripped out and residents were displaced and they were not compensated. $6000 it cost me for their mistake. They are rud, unprofessional and incompetent. Best to move on and hire someone else because there are plenty of other very good plumbers available. Swan plumbing should be renamed Dead Swan. Anything they do will cause problems because they don't stand behind their work.

Wow! Swan plumbing is amazing! First of all, they are they extremely affordable and you do NOT have to sacrifice on quality. Their estimate came in way bellow other places I had looked into, and they delivered! Their service was timely and high quality! Every employee was kind, knowledgeable and understanding. The owner, george, was just the best and attended to every concern I had! If you're looking for plumbing I would absolutely recommend this business. They are family owned and take their costumers very seriously!

Update; Was able to have a great conversation with Marky (Sp?) about this incident. Appreciated her willingness to talk through the scenario and listen to me, and align on who was at ""fault"" in this miscommunication, not I or them, actually a 3rd party who they will follow up with for payment and feedback.

Overall they have visited my new home 3ish times since we moved in and all visits have been great, professional and fixed the issue at hand.

Are usually only recommend 707 plumbers because I live in Windsor, they are local and the company does such great community service.

I am pleased to announce that I now have another great referral for you all! I'm writing this on behalf of one of my clients, a sweet little old lady who woke up in her mobile home to a broken pipe in a flood. Swan plumbing had come referred to me by a few people, but I didn't have any personal experience. Obviously I'm writing this up on behalf of my client, who doesn't Yelp, but was truly appreciative of how quickly Swan got out to fix her broken pipe.

She called their emergency line, and I believe they came out before office hours. This was one of those situations in which your grandma, living alone, has no one to call when she has an emergency, and Swan truly came in and saved the day.

I was pleased with the price they charged her, how responsive they were, and after telling a few people about it, I have heard even more good stories confirming that this is a company we can trust in Sonoma County!

Great company here! I've been a resident manager for almost 5 years now, and every time that I've called this company, they've been able to respond almost immediately. Quality work, quality people and quality company. They brought their camera out once to go down 3 stories to find a clog in the line. Got it fixed within minutes. Other people tried for days to figure out the problem, took them minutes with the right tools!

Swan plumbing was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We hired them to do our entire plumbing job for our new construction home. They sent Jovan and Shawn they both did the whole job start to finish. Their knowledge and service is exceptional. Swan plumbing knows their stuff and are very experienced.

The only mistake we made, which slowed our construction, was not buy our fixtures and hardware from them. It may be a little bit pricier to do that, but in the long run it saves time, energy, and it has a more long term value.

We had a kitchen faucet leak & a stopped-up bathroom sink. Plumber Steve installed a new kitchen fixture (we supplied), and found the bathroom sink ""culprit""(my wife hair). Both were fixed in a little more than an hour. Additionally, Swan managed to come to our house within 3 hours of the call.

I can't say enough about Swan Plumbing. We heard about them originally as a referral from Total Concepts our GC. We have used them on two additional occasions on two remodel jobs. The workmanship was excellent and they were very communicative relative when they would be out, how the job was progressing, etc. etc. On the last job, wherein I was acting as the GC for a kitchen remodel, we had an equipment failure of some sort. The kitchen faucet supply line failed and we had considerable water damage while we were away on vacation. Swan stood by their job and while it doesn't appear to have been their fault, they took care of replacing or repairing the kitchen hardwood floor, kitchen island, etc. I was expecting a bunch of finger pointing, instead I got a real stand-up commitment to customer service. Swan Plumbing is at top notch.

I am thrilled with the service from Swan! I needed two faucets installed in my bathrooms. I tried to do myself but who am I kidding, I am no pro. So, after calling 4 places and getting stressed out, I spoke to Mona from Swan and she was so helpful and told me what the price would be per hour upfront AND got Shawn out the same day! What great service! Shawn had another appointment he had to get to but the first bathroom took twenty minutes so to my surprise instead of putting the second bathroom off he rocked it out and almost finished the second one. I am so appreciative of his kind and efficient attitude and obvious talent to not waste my money or drag out something that for him seemed very easy. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you, Swan!
