My furnace was booming and I knew it was about to stop. Called Swailes Plumbing and Heating and the first time the never showed. I called back and no apology and they sent a kid who had no idea what he was doing. He was a ""ride along trainee"" she told me. He said he needed to be paid in full and i did but I said it's not fixed. I called the next day and she made a million excuses as to why the couldn't come and wouldn't let me make an appt and hung up on me. Very rude. When weeks went by and still no call back i called and she said she'd just sent my money back. A week went by and no refund. When I messaged her about it she sent me a LAUGH EMOJI in response and threatened to SUE ME!! Terrible company
